Is that Don Johnson guy still alive? This is 12 years ago. Very informative video.
I find this very fascinating, and it also makes me hungry.
looks delicious imho well done
Thoroughly enjoyed these videos. Would you please tell me where you got your steel grills and coffee pots? Best regards!
I have pans I got thru Amazon then deep dish ones like y'all use for the peach clobber but I measured out an drilled 3 holes at 12 o'clock 4 o'clock and 8 o'clock for hooks to lift the pans into an out of the Dutch ovens and I place a meat trivet in the bottom of the oven to sit the pans on so when I'm baking bread rolls biscuits etc I don't burn the bottoms
This old west cooking is wonderful. To watch.
Beautiful wagon. What are the dimensions of your tarp? I need one for my chuck wagon.

Cobbler
Interesting -looks like the knife drawer(s) need a bit cleaning. Good old fashion cooking....I would like to have had a little brown sugar and a pinch or 2 or cinnamon in the peach cobbler...
Ok now bring in ......(drum roll) .....CHEF GORDON RAMSEY!!

Sourdough is unpredictable ? BS. I've been using sourdough starter I got in Alaska over 20 years ago and that starter was already over 50yrs old. I've used it horse packing and guiding all over various mountains. I've handed it out to people all over the U.S. who send me emails on their use of it. Maybe she should get a better starter or learn how to make one. That was a little soupy looking to me
A cruel and really horrible guys name was Chisholm.
