Funny how that one store jumped from an original portrait stage to a 90’s road stage. Gives me whiplash just thinking about it, lol.

Sun Valley (8357 Laurel Canyon Blvd) received a Balcony Stage and then a C-Stage before relocating withing the same shopping center, which is where the current Sun Valley store is (8375 Laurel Canyon Blvd). The current Sun Valley opened around July 1992 as the last store to open with a Road Stage. Sun Valley still has their Road Stage as of February 2023, and is one of the 7 last remaining, and one of the 5 (80% of Road Stages remaining) left in California.

It makes no sense since Simi Valley opened in August 1980 and got the Portrait Stage in December 1980. It must have been the only location to have no stage until 4 months. It’s kinda weird.

I would suggest separating the Winchester bots part because the "Portrait Stage" referred to here only included Cyberamics. The Winchester PTT Show, featured at the San Jose "Winchester" store from 1977 until 1980-1981, was replaced with Cyberamics, and then Winchester closed in February 1985. The Kooser PTT Show, Featured at the San Jose "Kooser" store from 1978 until May of 1980, was replaced with the very first Balcony Stage, then a C-Stage (it is not known 100% if they did have one, so take this as speculation), and then a 2-Stage in the 1990's, which they would have until they unfortunately closed in June of 2020, due to COVID-19's strains on CEC, and their bankruptcy, which was filed on the day Kooser closed.

Bro just because they replaced a portrait stage for a road stage is not a reason why you should hate it what if the stage was in bad condition what if it was too outdated

Hey, question, where’d you get the info that Concord got a Road Stage in the 90’s? I’d love to know as there’s barely any documentation on that store.
