THE AUDACITY, I USED TO GO TO THIS LOCATION ONLY FOR THE ANIMATRONICS, I BASICALLY STUDIED THEM AS A CHILD, I WENT UP AND PERSONAL WITH THEM AND HAD AMAZING MEMORIES WITH THE ANIMATRONICS! I NEVER WANTED TO GI THERE FOR THE GAMES, JUST FOR THE ANIMATRONICS I HATE 2.0

I'm gonna miss these animatronics, lol. This was the location I grew up going to. Crazy how I was just there a year ago. But not everything lasts forever, right?

I'm glad that I went back to this location a few weeks ago before they took out the Road Stage, this was my second ever CEC location and my first Road Stage. Sad to see this place get a 2.0 now...

My location had a road stage :c (April 2nd 1991- November 27-28th 2021) it’s almost been a year since it’s been gone 😭

Since you know so much about the history of these stores and when they opened and stuff like that, I wonder how much you know about the history and stuff like that this now defunct location in Los Angeles on La Tijera Blvd. That was a widely neglected by CEC fans location that didn’t get any kind of store tour or videos made of it. It still made good business but there’s just so much unknown about it. One big description I can give you of it is it had a 32 movement Studio C Beta and was phase 3 for most of my childhood spent there.

The Los Angeles Location on La Tijera Blvd opened on November 1st, 2002 with a Studio C Beta, 32M. It closed on June 16th, 2020 after 18 years of operation and Remained vacant until early 2022 when it was turned into a WSS

@@michael-armenta that sounds like the Meriden store but with a bit of a longer lifespan.

i miss the old mechanical dudes....our location i think is a "2.0" but at least still standing....fun place to take the kids during summer when its too hot to play outside lol. the only mechanical we have left is Chuck himself....rest is done on big TVs lol

whats the stage 1 2 3 .....2.0 terminology? LOL....i always was a big fan of Chuck E even though growing up we didnt go too often....mainly just birthdays since it waas such a long drive....but we patronize our local CEC quite frequently now!

I’ve been to a few 2.0 locations and every single one was dead silent and quiet. I almost cried so I had to leave.

It’s sad to see another stage be lost man 2.0 is just bad at least with the phase 4 and phase 5 remodels they weren’t in every location and when a location got one of those remodels they would still have the stage and they were pretty good remodels 2.0 destroys that I do like some of the things with two point all like the background art and some other things like the seating however if they kept the box I would be happy with 2.0 and they can put the dance floor in the dining room or the game room plus I think CEC should make a new stage They should make a improved munchies make believe band stage or a really cool stage but whatever I don’t think CEC wants that I guess they rather throw the bots in the trash then sell them

Because they are idiots and want to take out animatronics first since it was the main reason why this remodel exists, also there’s no point in remodeling cec stores with COL stages with no bots or phase 5 stores since they are already a 2.0 store with rockstar in it, but it still can get remodeled of course

Also man how much Chuck E. Cheese’s are getting 2.0 I wish only a few stores got remodeled I know there’s only a few 2.0s all locations and more locations with the bots But I just feel like more locations are getting the remodel who knows I kind of fear one day my local location would get remodeled
