I used to work at one back in high school---the eyeholes on the mask make it hard to see anything below chest level, plus if you try to look down, the head will fall off. I'm sure I missed many little kids.

Not gonna lie, even though some dirty hands probably touch him already, if I heard a father saying "get your hand out of your pants" and then proceeds to go up to him and touch her as well as cough everywhere then I wouldn't blame the guy. That's nasty. For anyone going to argue "well she's two", when my brother was two he didn't behave like this EVER when we took him out. If he stuck his hands in his pants he needed to wash his hands. Parents should know better.

But like every kid in the world, she cried for five seconds and then totally forgot about it...

to the person in the suit's defense, the kid did have her hands down her diaper. granted she didn't have anything on her hands but i wouldn't want to touch a kid that it's hands down the back of their pants either. they tried to make it up to the father and he was a jerk saying "oh! we got that on tape!" and "some things money can't buy" in a rude tone. instead of letting chuck e cheese make it up to them. I can see the father's frustration but you have to look at the story from both sides.

I don't think he could see her through the suit, he wasn't dissing her. Why would he have got the job if he was ignoring people?

Do you people not realize the issues that people can have while wearing these mascot costumes? The guy probably couldn’t even see your daughter and I’m sure if he did see her he would have given her the attention. But being in one of the costumes require lots hard work and attention and the person in the suit was probably really tired from messing with all of the kids that day because when the kids were going up to him he put his hands out trying to to stop them.

My cousin used to work as chuck e cheese and he had told me that when your in the costume you can't feel people tugging your costume and it is hard to see small children. By the way you should be worried about het pulling other kids hair and having her hand in her diaper.

Just remember he is a mascot who has been working all day and is probably really sweating in the suit

Just a little heads up.. as a costume performer (especially for an all kids group) It's very hard to not "break character" and still get your point across. This guy might have been a newbie, but Hands up like that usually means "No" or "I need a break" That's when the grownups (YOU) are supposed to que in and give him a second. Have you ever worn a costume head? your sight is EXTREMELY limited with NO peripheral vision. It's pretty likely he didn't see her too. Way to be a jerk though dude.

To be fair it's probably hard to see through the eye holes, and then he probably got ultimately embarrassed and just felt really awkward. Maybe I'm wrong though.

At 0:36 he put his hands up to tell them not to touch him or something so why yall callin his racist when he told the white girls to stop

what probably happened is that he didnt see/feel her. you cant see very much in those masks, and with those paws its hard to feel things. it was probably a mistake, you can clearly see how bad the guy felt when he realized what happened.

First of all, you people don't understand how HEAVY and HOT it gets inside the costume. As soon as the show is over, Chuck E, wants to get out of the costume ASAP, maybe have a little more consideration to the people making your child happy. There was no dissing or racism.(the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races.) That is clearly not what happened. The guy just wanted to get out of the costume!
