I had a 2006 one owner SRT8 with 110k miles before someone ran a red light and totaled it. I'm now looking for the next pristine one. I love it cause it's an old school American formula, big heavy sedan with powerful engine, rear wheel drive, lots of fun and it's just so enjoyable to drive.

You seem impressed of the car because you heavily favour it. But would other people who want one but are weary of the notorious package of issues think the same? Because i'm from Australia and would really want one but its just hard to get parts and i've heard theyre a lemon of a car

They are petty reliable around here. I may get rid of it for a challenger srt8 manual eventually. I’ve had a Genesis 5.0 r spec, ford fusion sport, and Mercedes E550. The Genesis was the best overall performance car while the Benz was the fastest and most put together but the 300 is definitely the most fun. The fusion was so so

N/A for now… looking to procharge in the next year or two. Just screwed up and did high compression when I built it so either I go low compression or just run very low boost

I don’t get why you’d rather have this then a mercedes unless it’s about maintenance costs

Maintenance costs. E550 is not a special car only e63. Not buying an e63 anytime soon. SRT is special to me. Plus maintenance costs are way down

The Charger doesn't even have backup sensors. The 300 has way more features.
