Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Looking at the beautiful Chrysler 300 and the differences between the 300 offered in the United States and Europe! There are many variations in many European countries (UK, Italy, etc.), like a 300C Touring Station Wagon, Lancia Thema luxury car, turbo diesel engines, and more!

@@MarspeedCars neither just reality, some people for get how big things actually are. Like africa is crazy big, but they don't have a lot of people which is why it is not developed as Europe but is tiny which is why it is so developed, overdeveloped in some cases with overpopulation is not a good thing. Thats why alot of Europeans are moving to usa, africa and south America, more room. Less inflation and better value for money

I noticed that too. He shouldn't have said "country" at all and should've said "North America & Europe (which he does reference a few moment later)" referencing the continents because the "U.S." version of the Chrysler 300 is sold in Canada and Mexico as well.

There have been arguments that the EU is as much a "country" as the United States is. When you look at what a country is and isn't, it's a good argument. The only real difference is the EU feels it's not a country and the US feels it is. Remember "US" means "United States" which is the same basic idea, separate states (ie, separate governments) joined together for a common purpose.

Even though lots of Lancia fans got mad because they didn't like the fact that the historic "Thema" nameplate was used for an American car, the 300/Thema is still a good vehicle, in my opinion even better than the Lancia Thesis that replaced, which had a quite controversial styling that I didn't like. Btw the 3.0 Diesel is always Turbocharged, as since lots of years naturally aspirated diesel engines are no longer manufactured.

I pray they never kill this car off. Sure it's using a dated platform but who gives a damn, in my opinion, it's pretty much the last true American luxo boat left being sold today in a modern way. It's big, comfy, affordable, RWD, still a sedan, and unforgiving of what it is and happy to do so and that's what makes it special. I just do wish they would bring back a true SRT model and not hold back with it, a big American middle finger to European luxury sport sedans. Love the vid mate, keep it up.

Yeah Dodge has been on fire for years now, making great cars. They have done what Chevy and Ford seem to have forgot how to do. I hope they make another beautiful RWD platform that is similar to the Chrysler 300 but with more modern looking tail lights, that are a little more high tech looking. Judging by how Dodge has been making concept cars of the Dodge "Super Charger" lately, they might be creating another RWD platform, to replace the 300.

The front end on these cars has been so beautiful on every single model. One of the best looking front ends of any car ever made. However, the tail lights look like they were straight off of a 1980's car. They should have simply rounded off the tail lights. The hard angular tail lights really make the car look outdated, and is reminiscent of the 1980's Chryslers.

I have a 60l tank, gas cost 60 cent per litre here so with a full tank I have a range of +- 350 kilometers. Means you pay 12 euro for 100km, Here in Germany. But if you don't want a car with lpg I would recommend the diesel v6. The petrol 3.5 or 2.7 is just to. Slow and very thirsty.

It was the same year the Gen 2 RAM was on the plinth this car was on the carpet with velvet ropes around it. I will admit in its original version it did have the amber lights completely across each headlight at the top, but otherwise was the same car under a different name. I only remember it so well because it was the first four-door I liked the look of.

300C Touring Wagon, with that iconic 1st gen face and the Lancia interior is so much want for me. I went to check out the (US) 300 when they first came out and it was cool as hell. As a lover and owner of the 300C, I enjoy the vids! Can only vouch for the UK, but can't say I've ever seen the 2.7 V6 availible here on first gen cars. Can't say I've seen a Thema here either. Also, surprised the US never got the V6 CRD, had one in my first one (2006 Touring) and, although it had its niggles, was a great engine for it's all round mix of performance and economy. On a long run, I could get close to 50mpg (41mpg US), not too shabby for a car it's size! Currently have a 2007 Touring with the 5.7 Hemi, absolutley love it! Bit of a rarity in the UK too! Shame the second gen didn't come as a Touring though, might have made it more popular in the UK perhaps, as we love a wagon!

Ye the 2.7 wasn't available here. There is however an imported one currently on auto trader but I'm not sure why anybody would want it with the UK engine lineup being much better. I also own a black Hemi 300c and absolutely love the thing despite my average of 13.8mpg! Currently in the process of doing modifications to mine. Mainly cosmetic so far but in the next few weeks will be a new custom built exhaust, suspension and hopefully a diablosport tuner.

For info, Dodge isn't a brand used much (if at all) in the UK & continental Europe. Chrysler is well known - although the brand was tarnished somewhat when it went bankrupt in the 1970s and didn't really re-emerge until the Chrysler 300C & PT Cruiser in the early 2000s although the other Chrysler brands like Jeep started to appear 10-15 years earlier.

I just didn’t understand their marketing at the time. Half the time I asked people at my work why they bought it and they usually say it’s because they have the best sales and finance for military (I live next to one of the biggest military bases in the USA) or because its the only decent place they could get financing. Makes sense. Back then kia was garbage and Kia would finance anyone and dodge/Chrysler were the only brand other than Kia to finance my friends and family with bad credit or history. But still I think long term. I want something that’ll last. I spent a year and a half to get my car because I just refused to get something that I won’t even want in a few years.

Interesting comparsion, it's such a shame that Sedans are dying off. Sure, some American cars quality wise might not be that good but I quite liked the Dodge Charger SRT, Ford Crown Vic, Chevy Lumina SS (Chevy SS, Australian made I know) and such. FCA is clearly focusing on Jeep and RAM more so than Chrysler and Dodge. As for the Comparsion video, I thought i could add few informations about the Chrysler 300 currently sold in the middle east. It's pretty similar to the North American spec, the trim levels for the 300 are the Limited, 300S, 300C, 300 Luxury Series and 300 SRT. It's interesting how FCA are selling both the 300 SRT and Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat in the middle east unlike the much larger American Market. Engine choices are the V6, 5.7 V8 Hemi and 6.4 Hemi SRT so it's pretty much the same as the amercain counterpart, No diesels are available. As for why would anyone in places like UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and other Arabian countries, buy an American car instead of Japanese, Korean or European? Well let's just say that everyone have their own opinions and taste of cars. That being said, American car brands like GM are quite popular here and had its peak popularity during the 70's. Muscle cars are pretty common among car enthusiasts as well. Nowadays, it's still somewhat common but not as popular as Hyundai or Toyota.
