I could not stand Sandra Gould and can barely watch those...Abna...Abna...episodes. She was hideous in the Ghost and Mr. Chicken and all the Bewitched episodes. I always hoped there would be an episode where Endora would destroy her.

I live right across the street from him. He thinks I pedal drugs because I'm one guy with 3 vehicles all of which are nicer than his hoopty, yet he says I never leave the house and wonders why I never have anyone over. I don't even want to think what he'll be like once he retires.

Me,too. I tho't she was really old!!! Then I saw her on a later season, of Little House on the prairie!!! One of the funniest episodes! (when the kids faked the loch Ness monster, to get Mrs Olsen out of the summer cottage!)

Aunt Clara was the definition of the loveable little old lady. Yeah, her spells backfired, but she never meant any harm to anyone. She was respectfull and nice to everyone. Plus, she was the only one in Samantha's family that acrually liked Darrin. I've had the series on DVD some four years, and i still haven't watched the show passed seson 5. It just wasn't the same without her.

Endorra and Mr Kravitz's sarcastic remarks towards his nosy wife are why I loved this show even though it's an old classic series.

Mrs. Kravits is that character that will always react in the same way and the audience laughs anticipating that reaction.

This show never gets old, especially the first 5 seasons. Endora is priceless. Would do anything to go back in time and live in the 50’s & 60’s.

That show was never the same after Marion Lorne (Aunt Clara) passed.

I always felt sorry for Mrs. Kravitz. The shows were clean and funny. You could watch tv with your grandmother without being embarrassed. But poor Mrs. Kravitz kept getting into trouble.

Abner only worked 32 years and feels like he never has to do another thing. Wow

Mrs Kravitz was always yelling Abner Abner Look !!!

The Stevens et. al. wreaked such havoc on Mrs. Kravitz's mental health that the show went through two of them. Lol.

Alice Pearce was ill with ovarian cancer during seasons 1 & 2. She passed away in 1966.

The nosey neighbor Mrs Kravitz .was one of the funniest of the foes on that show. Her ignoring husband was very funny too.

My fav. when Alice Pearce tried to control the rain. My fav. with Sandra Gould is when the shoes walked out of the closet and she fainted onto the floor! They were both funny!

The first Mrs.Kravis was the best! Sadly she died, and that’s why she was replaced, but I always missed the original:) I always missed the original Darrin too, but he collapsed on set in 1969 due to his back pain and producers had to replace him also. Ironically by another “Dick”. What are the odds the second Darrin had the same first name!

There are a few moments in the movie "Dear Heart" where Alice Pearce and Sandra Gould are in the same scene together, albeit it on opposite sides of the room in the scene.

It's pretty clear in some of the episodes with the 2nd Gladys, that Samantha didn't like her either. I prefer the first Gladys who was just nosy, not a trouble-maker like the second one.

A Both acresses were good in the role but Alice Pearce was by far the best Gladys Kravitz. Sandra always seemed much more hostile. But they both worked well with George Tobias.

This show is still a classic..

The scenes in this clip are some of the funnist in BEWITCHED. I love how Sam put things back in Darrin's brief case in ILLEGAL SEPARATION and Sam popping up a pool in her backyard. And, of course, Sam being caught by Gladys hanging pictures. There are hundred others during the series. Love it.

Abner was the BEST!!!

If I had to choose the 5 best shows from the 1960's it would be....The Andy Griffith Show, Hogan's Heroes, The Fugitive, I Dream of Jeannie, and of course Bewitched. All excellent in their own ways. Get Smart was great too.

I was riding the metro bus one day & I saw this lady looked exactly like Alice Pearce. I should've taken a picture of her

I had a mother and grandmother who wore a dress every day. I remember when ladies pants came into fashion, and the first ones with a front fly! Shocking it was! Ladies pants were around in the 30 and 40's, but in my 50 and 60's neighbourhood women did't wear them everyday. I remember mom in culottes sometimes when we went on vacation to the beach.

You would think after all the snooping Gladys does, they would get thicker curtains! 😅

"Bewitched" My favorite show of all time! Gladys Kravitz wasn't a noisy neighbor, she was a NOSY neighbor. I love this episode. The Space Dogs"

Iola Boylan from Mama's Family reminds me so much of Agnes.

LOVED it lol.. thanks... was hoping for the episode where Gladys thinks she has the power and is on the lawn with the sprinkler key trying to use her powers to make it rain.. n it eventually does rain LOL>..'I have the power' I have the power lol I think it was the same episode where she caught Samantha moving rearranging the pictures and convinced Gladys that she was moving the pictures LOL..❤❤

Gladys’s whispered “no” at 8:32 almost makes me feel bad for her.

Actually, Gladys wasn't harmless. She's a violator of Darrin and Sam's privacy. In the episode, MOTHER MEETS WHAT'S-HIS-NAME, the "welcoming committee", including Gladys, starting snooping and judging the minute they walked in. Endora had no compunction about taking care of those kids. Sam and Darrin knew who the snoop was and they tried to keep their secret a secret. You know, if Sam weren't such a nice person, she would've taught Gladys a lesson that she'd never forget.

No she should have taught that second one a lesson tbh the firstwas just nosey & curious. The second one went above & beyond & try to tell everyone in the neighborhood who would listen basically. Which I did not really like so that's who she sohuld teach a listen the first one know she was just nosey & curious and only ever told her husband tbh.

People in the suburbs are always minding everyone else's business. They have committees making sure no one is out of line with the color of their house, making sure that all lawns are mowed in a timely fashion, no unusual or strange looking visitors, no loud looking vehicles, no venetian blinds, etc, etc.

i am not going to miss it. i can't wait to watch it 😊

@@harperstacey9604 More Bewitched trivia you might already know. Dick Sargent who was Darrin #2 was cast originally to play the part but became busy on another show. Tammy Grimes was cast to play Samantha who was first called Cassandra, but Grimes got her own TV show & costarred with Dick Sargent! Marion Lorne who played Aunt Clara was in a show before Bewitched & her character's name was Aunt Clara...they used it for Bewitched because Lorne was known by that name already. The original title of Bewitched was I Married A Witch...this was loosely based on a film titled I Married An Angel.
