It is refreshing to listen to an instructor calmly and confidently share such an important group of lessons. Thank you so much for your videos. Although my students are middle school, these lessons taught them at the level they could comprehend and are gifted enough to fill in the gaps.

What don't understand is; what determines the division point from one gene to another in a chromosome? How do you know that it isn't just one long gene in a chromosome rather than 20 genes in a chromosome?

Thank you so much, i am currently getting my Master's degree online and your video is helping me understand the science of gene and the terminology that I was not able to understand with PowerPoints and text alone. Thank you! Do you have anything on the Chromatin Structure?? My degree is in Nutrition and the class that I am having most difficulties in is Nutrigenetics and Nutrigenomics ......Thanks in Advance....

It was when I saw this vid that I got it when it comes to alleles. Same as a gene, just different forms. Gene X is for hair colour. Gene X has different versions called alleles. Same as: Gene X is Rice. Gene X may be white rice, brown rice, yellow rice, but its still rice.
