Hoi uncle, dig a little hole in your yard and when you get fish guts throw them inside and cover with some dirt. When the hole becomes full start a new one, eventually you'll have super good soil there and you won't be making flies. Or can do em like my Japanese friend who stacks car tires and just covers with leaves and grass clippings, that works too.
