You can print on white or very light pastels.

I got rid of the chromablast and only use sublijet Inks. I use an InkJet for picture shirts. Sublimation is more money 💰

@@darneewashington9868 I don’t like the feel of the inkjet transfer paper. I’m getting 2 sublimation printer setups so I can pretty much print on everything. Then I’m getting into embroidery.

Would you please show the printer used in chroma blast. Is it possible to convert the inkjet/sublimation printer on chroma blast ink?

The printer used is a Virtuoso SG400/SG800 Chromblast printer with Chromablast ink and papers. This set up is made for cotton or cotton/poly blends in white or very light pastel colors. www.proworldinc.com/chromablast-starter-bundle.html

Do you have to use the chromablast ink with the chromablast paper? Or can you use sublijet ink on chromablast media sheets?

You would need to use Chromablast inks with Chromablast paper. This will allow you to press designs onto Cotton or Cotton/Poly blends in white or very light pastel colors.

Can you print on denim?

Also, could you shed some light on what the differences are between Sublijet, Chromablast, & Siser?

Sublijet is more for hard surfaces with polymer coating or to actually dye the fibers/fabric of 100% polyester shirts in white or light pastel colors. Chromablast can be pressed on top of 100% cotton or Cotton/Poly bends in white or light pastel colors only. Easysubli is a printable vinyl that can be sublimated and ran through a cutter to be applied with a mask onto dark or light colors in a variety of materials.

So if I bought the mug press starter bundle 11 oz and 15 oz. does that subjet ink work with all items? I was wanting to buy a clam or swing away press to do shirts, bags, rock slates and etc. Do I have to buy another printer for chrome ink and I understand paper difference.. I need to know the basic sg400 printer and ink it comes with is okay to do shirts etc or anything. Appreciate any clarity on this. Ty

When printing on dark garments, you will need a different process. You can either use digital transfer papers with an inkjet or laser printer, or order custom transfers through pwcustom.com

Do you reccomend using a cutter/plotter for cutting around the edges

A cutter/plotter is not needed when working with this paper.

@@ProWorldInc my customers do not like the binder on edge. On some designs it is very noticeable for that reason I'm thinking of using a cutter with optical eye. It is completely time consuming to hand cut and meet production. Thoughts?

@@shamccullough4252 It depends on the design. The paper does not contain an additional layer to hold the pieces in place after cutting. If the design is not one solid shape, the separate pieces will not stay together for an easy application.

@@ProWorldInc thank you for all your input. That's invaluable information. This chromablast transferpaper and printers seems to have so many limitations and drawbacks. I haven't come across any success stories or anyone raving about the printer. 😐ugh

I find it so strange that NOBODY has ask CAN YOU USE CHROMABLAST INK ON ASUB PAPER

Hi Velocity Kyng, Chromablast inks only work with Chromablast media. This paper has a special binder on it that will accept the inks.

On your website, it says the printer comes with 200 sheets of the chromoblast paper, is that true?

Yes, we include the paper in the bundle along with the printer and the inks.

Does the bundle come with 8.5x14 paper, or 8.5x11 for the SG500?

You may want to double check the settings and pressure used during application. If most of the ink is still on the sheet and not releasing on your cotton garment - increase the pressure.
