Many many people admit to having been bullied. Almost nobody admits to being the bully. Fair play to him.

Takes guts to admit that on live TV. Well done chris.

What he saying is really relatable, this northern attitude defiantly shaped my childhood. Glad to see such a big actor speak on this, Chris is a stand up dude.

It's like the foodchain for bullying. Big bully > lesser bully > even lesser bully > ant bully. If the big bully never bullied anyone, then the entire chain would break.

Its tough when you are bullied at work as if you grass them up it makes things a thousand times worse !!!

I respect Christopher Eccleston a lot for admitting this. We are all human and not perfect. Sounds like it was very difficult for him when dealing with bullies as well. It is emotionally draining. He made some great points that telling the teacher about it can help prevent future bullying.

I was bullied at infants school under the exact same circumstance as Christopher and the same age range, a five year old by a girl two years older.

I think you are right. Whether intentionally or unintentionally that sort of thing weighs on your subconscious, and manifests in how you express yourself. For actors like Eccleston, that would include his works. Just another reason why 9th doctor is goated

While I agree to clickbait aspect of it I don't think it's fully clickbait, maybe exaggerated. I think from watching it he is having a breakdown but he's doing his best to keep it from showing since he probably didn't want to make the interview about him and keep it to the topic he was on the show for.
