TBH...it was guys like this who are just so damn good that made me decide to just give up trying to play the blues when I entered my 20's. But now that I'm a widower, in my 50's, and was never blessed with children and only have retirement as the last milestone left in life, I'm thinking it's time I pick up the guitar again. I definitely need something positive and challenging to fight off my depression and give me a reason to continue living. Thank you, Christone, for sharing your amazing gift with the world. I hope to see you play live someday!

the blues genre is like the force, you cant just use it, you have to let it flow through you for it to be effective, and this dude is killing it.

It's actually incredibly hard to play as well. Never figured out why but you have to FEEL it to play it.

Riiiiiiight!? Got me going ooooh damn every other lick.
My jaw dropped with the playing, hit the knees with the tone and made a hole in the ground when he opened his mouth! What a voice!!!
I love how he sings every note he plucks truly connected to and singing through his instrument. True talent and feel brought tears to my eyes.
Love the way he runs fingers Through frets. Very thorough and precise, clear pitch. Very good guitarist.

Hello, I’m new to playing the guitar and was wondering what you meant by “love the way he runs fingers through frets”.

Besides him more than likely spending long hrs of building his overall familiarity with the instrument, from what you see is he actively doing different things to ensure cleaner/accurate note playing? Or maintaining his hand position awareness?

@@Easyrawlins well hes doing blues riffs right, every note hes playing is clear. his fingers are heavey and used in movement along each fret. really depends on the quality of the guitar also. some guitars are just better and more camfortable to run your fingers when doings riffs
Wow, who the F**K is this guy??? I'm blown away!

Wow amazing musician ! You can see he’s so emotional involved... there’s still hope for music with guys like this around
His tonal range is insane. He can go from soft and tender to attack precision.
I just love the way he man handles that guitar. There's real power in them mitts.
This is nice! Great that this music is still alive.
I hope that guitar is 18 at least.

This guy just got arrested for fingering a minor.. For you dumb mfs by minor I was referring to the minor key.
I love the chord treatments KingFish adds to thrill is gone. Brotha is so melodic.
This is STILL one of the greatest performances of this song, EVER. I watch this from time to time and it's just pure soul pouring out of this kid!

I just discovered Christone. He devours the fret board. Absolutely attacks it. So good.
Freddie King's face, BB King's body and Albert King's power added to Ron Isley's voice. This lad has it all
何度聴いても惚れる。。。。やっぱブルースギターもかっこええなあ。
Absolute legend, have consistently came back to this video since it was out on youtube
Great to see a young guy with this much skill and talent sharing it with us. I always take technology for granted but I appreciate what it brings me which I would never have experienced even 30 years ago. This fella is showing the guitar who's boss and he has a terrific voice, I wish all the best to him.
His note selection along with blistering lead tone is very original . He even has a bit of a Zakk Wylde type lick in there. He is sure to be a future legend. His smoothness and face melting intensity is awesome.
Found this video by accident. I' m mesmerized by this guy's talent. Amazing! Instant fan! Please come to Chicago.

He’s a great singer too

Love watching the faces of true guitar players cause you can see them when their in their zone.
