Christmas Tree Holiday Living Pre-Lit Englewood Pine Tree Model
We bought a Holiday Living Pre-Lit Englewood Pine Tree Model #0243778. The set up was a breeze. If you have ever had to put up a fake tree from the distant past, you could spend hours in set up. I give you a test drive of all the features in time for the Christmas Tree set up.

We got same tree this year, but the light won’t come on. Do you have any ideal about it?

Thank you for your question. The power runs through the mind of the tree. Have you tried twisting the tree to see if this makes the lights work?
I plugged a tree topper into it. Why doesn't the tree topper turn off with lights?

Please help me with plugging this thing in. There is an odd shaped plug in ending and I cannot find where it connects into the tree or the lights

The lights get power from the middle of the tree. The electric connectors are in the middle. The tree should just plug into wall. We had a button that turns on the tree. This button will turn the different colors on. Do you see all the things that I described?
How do you unfold the tree stand ?

Thank you for the question. It should open up. The two wires should be 90 degrees from one another. Did I answer your question?
Do these trees come with a plug for a topper?

The plug for the top is inside the tree stem. We had a problem because it did not light up. There is a square connector on the topper that came loose. You might track the wires and see if you are having that issue.
I can't get it back apart. Had pneumonia for months and now need to put it away

Sorry to hear that you had some problems in disassembly. It breaks into three pieces. We started with the top first. It is about a third of the way down. We disconnected it and work our way down. Hope this help.
