ജീരകം, 3/4 ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി, ഉലുവ, ഇഞ്ചി ഒരു ചെറിയ കഷണം, വേണമെങ്കിൽ 1/2 അല്ലി വെളുത്തുള്ളി, കുറച്ചു തേങ്ങ, മഞ്ഞൾ ഇവയെല്ലാം കൂടി അരച്ച് paste ആക്കി അരപ്പു നന്നായി ചൂടായി വരുമ്പോൾ അര ലിറ്റർ തൈര് മിക്സിയിൽ അടിച്ചത് ചേർത്ത് ചൂടാക്കുക. കടുക് വറത്തിട്ടു ഒഴിക്കുന്നതിനു മുൻപ് അല്പം മുളക് പൊടി കൂടി ആ എണ്ണയിൽ ചേർക്കുക. ഇങ്ങനെ ആണ് ഞങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യുന്നത്. കായപ്പൊടി ശകലം ചേർക്കുന്നവരും ഉണ്ട്.

ഞാൻ ഇന്നാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കിയത്. അടിപൊളി ടേസ്റ്റ് ആയിരുന്നു. എല്ലാവർക്കും ഒത്തിരി ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു.

Maam ന്റെ റെസിപ്പീസ് ഒക്കെ മാക്സിമം try ചെയ്യാൻ ഞാന് ശ്രെമിക്കാറുണ്ട്.... ചെയ്തു കയിഞ്ഞാൽ നല്ല റിസൾട്ട്‌ തന്നെ കിട്ടുന്നു.... അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ അത് തന്നെ follow ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ട് പോണിൻഡ്....... ഏറ്റവും ഗുണം എന്താന്നു വെച്ചാൽ maam സാദാരണ നമുക്ക് യെപ്പയും കിട്ടുന്ന ചേരുവ വെച്ചും ആ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ പേര് കറക്ട് പറഞ്ഞു തരുന്നും ഉണ്ട്.... അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ എനിക്ക് ഏറ്റവും ഇഷ്ടവും....... സത്യമായിട്ടാണ് ഞാന് പറയുന്നത്.. ഒരുപാട് മറ്റു vlogers കാണുന്ന ആളാ.... There s another method in kottayam style. Combine all these ingredients including coconut without water. Keep in cooker and wait until one whistle. Take out from cooker and keep in an uruli which contains boiled oil. Keep the ingrediets closed in low flame until the contents become dry. No need of adding water if low flame is used. Stir in between
