I have a separate pay it forward savings for the families we adopt at Christmas. I’m a gift giver and we are sports fans so we try to get to as many events throughout the year so I’m saving for gifts and sporting events.

It depends, but usually 1,500 or more. Last year, we paid for Great Wolf Lodge, which was my kids' big gift. The money goes to Christmas gifts for kids, our family, teachers, work secret Santa, food, and decorations

I don’t celebrate holidays but I love the festive challenges so I plan on saving for Halloween and Christmas all year around because those are my favs.

Hey Carly 💚I save around $1200 for Christmas.. with the two habits trackers of yours. For my no spend I did $2 for everyday I did not spend and for everyday I did unnecessary spending I added $5… the habit tracker I used for no take out coffee.. $2 for everyday I went to get coffee $1 for everyday that I didn’t . I saved $132 total. Doing this again this month and adding in how many days I exercise

Love the Xmas minis Kid # 1 = $250 Kid #2 = $250 Husband’s gifts = $100 Wife’s gifts = $100 Grandparonts A = $100 Grandparents B = $100 Nieces /Nephews = $120 ($20 each x 6 total) Secret Santa = $50 Christmas Meal = $250 School Staff gifts = $100 Santa Shoppe (for my youngest to buy gifts)= $50 Service worker tips = $30 New holiday decor = $100 Holiday family experience = $200 Total: $1,800 / year

For Christmas, I always host because momma and daddy live with us, so everyone comes to my house. So we spend a ton on food. We are also saving for our family trip to Belize the first week of Dec. (We are paying for 10 of us to go) plus there are gifts for those we aren't taking. So yeah, this year will be pricey! I am doing Christmas in July as well, but we are visiting family in CA so I will start when I get back! (July 5th)

For Christmas I do $250 per person (5 gifts each + stockings) in our house and then another $500 or so for gifts for others, decorations, food, activities. So $1750.....that being said my goal is to be way under budget if possible. I already started Christmas shopping so that I could keep things lower.

I am doing Christmas in July Monday Minis, Micro Wednesdays, and my Christmas Binder that I have been working on

I don't have any family other than my kids. I use whatever money I can afford to spend to pay for experiences with my girls because they remember experiences but not things.
