I thrift for everything basically since I was 16 - almost 40 years of furniture, decor, christmas and clothes

Our small local Thrift stores are my favorite. I love thrifting and helping my community by shopping at the local charity based Thrift stores.

Love to go thrifting and shop them all. When I go thrifting I don't think about work, the world we are living in or everyday stress. I get so excited when I find something I wanted but was just too thrifty to buy at a retail store. The prices are raising just like everything else.

Canterbury Cottage on KZread had a video full of thrift store gift ideas. I think that would be fun to shop throughout the year to find and makeover thrifted items.

I go to ALL the thrift stores!! I do think our local Goodwill has gone up way in price!! I prefer local smaller stores. We do have a local thrift store that a lady who has had cancer 4 different times runs so I donate to her store!!🥰

I go all the time ,I great thrift shops in my area, and lots of them ,you can usually find what you're looking for, usually find great vintage stuff which i love . Salvation Army,and Goodwill don't find much there ,once in awhile , and yes Goodwill has gotten more expensive,i love when i luck out and find vintage items . Christmas is a favorite time for me because you never know what kind of vintage beauty you will find ❤️

We have quite a few thrift stores in my area but I like to go to the Salvation Army Store because I also donate to the stores and sometimes they have pretty good items. I've not been in a while I have to get rid of some things before I can get more. My grand daughter is getting her first apartment so she is shopping my house for stuff. I love it so happy she thinks I have such great taste 😂😂

I dont go to big named thrift stores anymore. I shop locally. I do find things that I give as gifts. I would love for you to to this more often.

I love, love, LOVE going thrifting!!! We're fortunate to have both a Goodwill & a Salvation Army where I live. I find LOTS of items I like just as they are, but I also find plenty to makeover &/or repurpose into something new to me. I used to go thrifting every week, but I have amassed quite a collection over this past year. I need to do a huge declutter as well as complete several (thrift makeover) projects before adding too many more goodies to my stash, lol! I'd like to take before & after pics of my projects too. Yes, PLEASE consider doing a thrifting series of taking us with you to thrift stores as well as how you style &/or makeover your treasures!!! Happy Holidays, Val!!

I have really come to love thrifting the last couple of years. I go to Goodwill, the Salvation Army, but my favorites are the local shops. My family and I are doing a thrifted gift exchange this year. Can’t wait to see what everyone finds!

I love thrift stores! I try to find any place other than goodwill since their prices are absurd. I went to a new one to me the other day and it's also a food pantry. Ripped my heart out. Not a good thrift buy because I donated my change but it was somewhat satisfying.

In my small town we have goodwill and Salvation Army. Never see the good things in my thrift stores but I love to go!

Our thrift stores are either junk or overpriced, which is so sad here in Southwest Tennessee.

I love to hit up the local thrift stores. I did go to a Goodwill a few months ago and their prices were really high!

In our area where I live we have a church that has a thrift room in their basement. Also there is a indoor flea market across the street. We also have two Goodwill's, and a three floor antique /flea market

I have that doll in the maroon velvet dress you picked up. My friend give it to me in 1979. I still have it. It has a hat. Still in excellent condition. I love thrift stores. Thats what i decorate with. We have a town close by that is nothing but thrift stores & has become very popular for them. ❤

If I had thrift stores like this I would go. The closest thrift store to me is Goodwill. They have racks and racks of clothes but the household items are on a shelf on top of the clothes racks, no good.

I love thrifting!! I go to them all!! But no savers or Salvation Army stores near me.

I love thrift stores! Small independent ones. Goodwill prices are too high!! All of them are raising prices. Getting so I can't afford to thrift! I'm 72 and it is getting harder to buy things. I do love watching drifting channels. Delores Hulse

I shop Goodwill on Tuesdays because of my senior (55 yrs) discount of 25%. But I donate to a local store that has a shelter for DV victims. You can donate directly to the shelter or to be sold at the store.

I bought my Mom a blanket with birds on it . I washed it and gave it to my Mom. I also bought a sterling silver charm that said Mom with the chain. I t was from one of the collections you see in the magazines in the Sunday paper. It was seven dollars.

I love thrifting!!! I live in Georgia. We have thrift stores that are in the area I’m in called Park Avenue thrift! They are really reasonable compared to Goodwill! They give everything 50% off with coupon with the exception of one color.

I love thrifting all of them. There was so many things i saw at yoursi wanted. The drum omg i loved it.

I absolutely love thrift store. I love Goodwill and especially Goodwill outlets, we have a Hospice thrift store and a women’s shelter thrift store, which is wonderful. I have gifted thrift items, and I get almost all my clothes there. Merry Christmas

I live in Orlando, Fl. The thrift store down here they suck and everything they have is expensive so I stop going! That vantage Santa is ridiculously pricey.good haul!

I love going to thrift stores but the prices are crazy. We only have goodwill and Salvation Army around us. But I find better deals a lot of times at vendor booths in antique malls or vendor malls. We have quite a few of those.

I love thrifting and go every week, however, there seems to be more "junk" and the prices have risen so much. It's like since thrifting is so popular, they raise the prices!!! Hard to find a good deal.

I frequent all of our thrift stores. I love the huge selection at value village (aka the VV boutique) but their prices are very high and not consistent at all. I prefer the Bibles for missions thrift store because their prices are much better.

Hi, I go thrifting quite a lot. My favorite place is the Thrift Giant in Denton, Tx. I will find things almost every time I go. I find very high end fashion and other goodies. There are other Thrift Giants in the metroplex, but the one in Denton is by far the best. No smell, and mostly clean. Love your channel.

Goodwill is too expensive i thrift our local thrift stores regularly and don’t even enter goodwill anymore!

I have not had a great experience at thrift stores. You need to have an idea of prices to judge whether or not you are getting a bargain. I have seen things that are overpriced by a lot.

I downsized so much last yr. that this yr everything was sparse in my house. So I did try thrifting at the stores, but, to my dismay there was hardly anything. I think that most ppl here are holding on to their things because of the economy. I gave up 1/2 of my décor and wished I hadn't. I mean I really liked my things, but, decided I couldn't keep it all.

I take my stuff to Goodwill, I do not shop at Goodwill I don't enjoy it

Have thrifted for many years. Unfortunately their hike in prices have gotten way out of hand. Many Items I can buy for the same price or less brand new on sale and clearance. I have to laugh when I see Dollar Tree items for $1.99, $2.99… Yes, sticker shock! So when I donate, I no longer donate to the thrift stores, now prefer to donate to a church or organization that gives free to people in need. Oh and DAV (they come pick up).

i ENJOY THRIFTING - BUT WHAT A SHAME THAT GOOD WILL IS NOW CHARGING SO MUCH. THEIR BUSINESS VISION WAS BRILLIANT ~ DONATE TO THEM, AND THEY SELL IT --- ALL PROFIT. HOWEVER, IT WAS SUPPOSEDLY DESIGNED TO HELP PEOPLE ~ TRULY NOT TRUE TODAY.
