@@LoveLetterstoMilo YES! I just finished this & find it is an adorable design. I have 5 cats on the bottom, then 3, 2 and 1 (it was an error), but that is just as cute. Very labor intensive for sure! Wish I could show you how it turned out.

This is a good tutorial for a cute project. Seems odd to call it a 'negative painting' tho. ??? The cats are all 'positive' images, while what's around them is what's traditionally in art called the negative space. Your other video on negative painting with the leaves is a great example of it.

I do see where you are coming from, but since I am using the same technique of painting only the negative space within the cat shapes, i thought it could still be considered a negative painting. Thank you for watching though :D
