A 1937 adaptation of the Hans Cristian Anderson story. I was taken in by this short the first time I saw it, it was the first version I'd ever seen of this story. It's just as affecting now as it's ever been, an impressive work.
The enchanting music that plays from around the 3.15 mark is based on Brahms Waltz in A-Flat Major Op. 39 No. 15.
