I'm calling today's technique "Embossed Masking" and it is SO MUCH FUN! The possibilities with this technique are endless. Masking paper and heat embossing are paired up to create beautiful backgrounds for cards. You can use dies, punches, and different colours of embossing powders and keep it simple or step it up. In my video I show a few ways you can use this technique.

At onstage Montreal I got a swap that had swish of embossing power, the stamped words looked like they were masked ! I was sorry that I didn’t find you there! Love watching your videos!

Great video. Thank you. I would have preferred if the images were stamped before (or after) the masking on the 1st card. I really have to remember to use all the ribbon and metallic threads I own! I love that small greeting. thanks again.
