Christmas Card Process Video Using Scraps, Scrap Your Stash Series, Christmas Cards Using Scraps
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
In today's video and scrap your stash series I am showing you my Christmas Card Process video using scraps. Usually I come up with something off camera and maybe I'll share it in a project share but often time I don't. I thought this would be a fun different kind of video where we're working on the card together and I show you what I come up with as I am making a couple of Christmas cards using scraps. No scrap goes to waste over here and I hope it inspires you to use your scraps and make something special.

Thank you for sharing your process. I think the cards made with scraps look more elaborate and pretty than the normal cards people make. I'm trying to learn how to make any kind of card, so I appreciate videos like this :).

Thank you so much ! I feel like making cards like this takes a lot more time trying to figure out how to use the scraps, but I do agree! All the scrappy pieces add more interest to the card! And it’s such a great feeling after when you found a way to use the scraps!

@@KarolinasKrafts I'm a new sub to you and Tiffany. I've been bugging her a lot (she's so patient and kind) with questions on her folios. Yesterday I shared a process video with her on using scraps to make photo mats. I will share with you also, in case you have never seen this. I think it's brilliant! You only need to watch the first couple minutes to get the idea. The channel is Becki Adams and the video is called How to Create a Paper Pieced Photo Mat Scrapbook Process Video Simple Stories Boho Baby

But I know there is a point where you have to say goodbye to a collection

@@thecrabbycrafter I did , I watched the video! Love the idea ! And it makes me want to make scrapbook layouts. But I would never know what to do with them because I can’t just put one photo on a page ! Haha I know you can add more but they just look so good with one photo.
AWESOME CARDS!

Thank you very much💖
I enjoy fussy cutting because it slows my over active brain because of having to focus on what I’m doing, therefore I find it restful.

Me too. Really calms me😊
I really need to organise my scraps! I’m now trying to keep scraps from paper pads, with the paper pads, but I still have a ton more! Thank you for the inspiration on trying to whittle them down, whether for Christmas or other occasions x

Yes same! I used to put the scraps in it’s own pile and I’m still working through that slowly. But have been keeping all newer scraps with the paper pads now and I keep the paper pad on my desk with the scraps til I use them up! Hope you give some cards a try!
Loved your process video with scraps. Cute scrappy cards.

Yes I find using tape easier and not like liquid glue. It goes quicker.

Very nice cards. I have an ATG tape runner and I have not really used it. I seem to get it messed up. Thank you for sharing this video.

Thank you for watching! My ATG tape I used to mess up all the time too. Over time I got better at using it though and the off brand tape I use now seems to be better too! From tapejungle
Put stick glue on your tape so it doesn't grip so quickly this will give you a little wiggle room

I don’t even own stick glue 😂
What about using the center piece on the cover as a front sentiment for a card?
