My son is a home builder in Middle Tennessee, just south of Nashville. He says about 90% of new home buyers are from California or Chicago. All 3 of our children line in that area with there families. The running joke is “Please tell everyone in California that Tennessee is full!” It is a great place to raise a family! I grew up in Dickson, TN. Congratulations to Christine! Hope all goes well with the “plan.”
