As a spiritual father for many Asian women, I am wrecked with what Holy Spirit is doing here. Love your sensitivity and obedience!

"My husband did not agree with my burnout" wow! We definitely need the right people around us! Burnout is not our identity nor our destiny. We cannot set up camp there.

I can relate I pray God put destiny helpers around us. Especially us women and mothers hide our pain too well. We carry heavy burdens that’s too much to bear. The body keeps a score, hence some of the female cancers and abnormal growths such as fibroids. It was in the news today where a mother apparently killed her twin son and daughter in the vehicle and jumped onto a train track in an attempted suicide. She survived and is now in the hospital. This broke my heart so much. It begs the question for me, is there not ONE person she could talk to? She have a husband and other family and friends. My God, please help us to be available to those who are hurting. Many times all it takes is a listening ear and a prayer 🙏🏽

This very insightful. Asian American women ministry sounds beautiful to me, as a white woman. Then as you began to explain it, the need for it, the light bulb of understanding went on for me. We had 1 Asian woman in our church in Tuscon. I do remember her coming and going and struggling to find her way, be fed, fit into our Lutheran congregation. Thank you for your wisdom, understanding and insights. Blessings on you. I will hold this in my heart.❤ 🕊 ✝️

Please pray that I come to the revelation as to the purpose that God has for me and my life. I'm still unsure of what exactly it is He wants me to do.

Hi shanellstrehlow7110, Thank you for reaching out. Jesus referred to our faith in God as seed (Luke 17:6; Matthew 17:20). To nurture the seed of faith God gave us, (Romans 12:3) we are to practice the spiritual disciplines found in his Word. We are to read God’s Word, pray, worship, and fellowship with other believers. Doing these things encourages our faith and helps us trust God. In Christine’s book Unexpected, she shares stories of how we can keep having faith in God in the face of discouragement. In her book, How Did I Get Here?, she shares many ways we stay connected to God and keep our faith alive. She gives examples from her own life to help make these disciplines doable in our lives. Blessings, Team Christine

This was so inspiring. I resonated with the part about burnout, letting go of the ego and the outcome, binging Jesus, and holding on to hope among other things. 😊❤
