I think what you tried here is interesting far a few reason. It's a clear breakaway from Vox usual content with this fiction like thing. So no confusion between journalism and ad content. that's important. I'm sure the people who worked on this video had fun. But I had a hard time hooking in the fiction, I feel something is off in the writing, the whole thing is a bit complex. and the top right banner is a bit distracting because, throughout the whole video, I'm trying to understand what is zelle and what are they selling (I live in france so I don't encounter Zelle at all). and somehow this distracts me form the content. Plus there's a contrast between the simplicity of the script (that I understand to be a caricature - something that I appreciate) and the complexity of the situation that have to be explained in detail. I'm sure that with more iteration of that concept you can find a tone that works and combine an enjoyable experience for the viewer and information on a product we might find interest in thus allowing brands to meet a highly interested clientele and make everybody happy. But I think we as viewers expect from you to be highly selective in the brands you work with. We trust Vox's journalism. a bad ad partner can easily undermine this trust. If you choose a partner, we want to assume you are vouching for them the quality, usefulness, credibility, and socio environmental goodness of their brand. Is Zelle up to those standard ?

I still don't know what Zelle does.

A lot of people lack literacy when it comes to scams so i like the idea of turning it into a show. The sponsor confuses me though, I have no idea what they do, why i should trust them, or any context?

I'm just happy to see Rekha Shenkar in anything. This ad is nothing but a culmination of problems stemming from Zelle being used exclusively for scams.
