Whoever uploaded this video did it wrong. What I see here looks like an HDR video file that isn't flagged for HDR encoding properly, so the video levels appear super dim and washed out, because KZread misinterpreted the format of the video. When I downloaded and imported this video into Adobe Premiere, I was able to tell premiere this was a rec2100 pq formatted video, and the colors and brightness looked perfect on my HDR monitor. If you plan to release more videos like these, consider fixing your encoding workflow so that KZread is able to understand the format better.
