She sang all the notes from the studio version of impossible! That was a very hard song because of the sudden belts and low notes. She's freakin amazing here!

I think Britney is all in all a really nice girl. My Intention tells me that she is crying at the end because she realize that she is since she came out in the industry never took a long break , she worked her ass off and needed to play a image/ role which she isn’t. She just understood that xtina did everything right …taking few years break between her albums, living life, reflecting the past and coming with loaded energy. I like both of them so much. I wish Britney all the best and Xtina ur an outstanding talent love u❤

Her talent was top-shelf display with this performance! And she looked absolutely stunning in that dress!

britney crying at the end is so sad but so beautiful to watch. these girls grew up in the industry together and despite their rivalries that the media established, they really care for each other. britney has said many times that christina inspires her, and here we can really see it.

The reason Britney was crying at the end was because at that time they both were called slutty and degrading names because of what they wore and stuff. Right before she performed David Spade presented her and said “ Ladies and gentlemen, with her clothes on, Christina Aguilera!” So it made the entire performance even more emotional because of the meaning of the songs and the passion she had doing it right after that. And Britney use to be really close to Christina and never really had beef so to see her get bullied by a man on live tv prior was messed up. They don’t show that part on a lot of these recordings just the performance.

@@DMB1125no just stating reality. Doesn’t take much analysis to see that when you watched the full award show and see how things were and their history with eachother. Just was the reality of the world at that time especially with women. People could go on stage and openly trash the next female performer and no one thought twice. Even happened with Britney in 07 after her VMA performance. Most people didn’t see the entire thing of this show and didn’t know it happened so was just filling folks in.

It is worth watching AMA and other music awards back then as this is the kind of performance you get. It ain't just looks and online fame. Now you have awards for group like BlackPink? That group is such a joke (not the members)to be awarded. Back in 00s so many girlgroups that BP are like those group that were just clearly formed simply because of beauty but definitely talent level is not in the level to perform with group like Spicegirls, destiny and the like.

mandy bcos she & christina start their career at the very young age. I think most people know this. She’s kinda relate to christina performances & kinda look back to their memories where they start from the bottom to become a successful artist. So yaaa it’s my instinct. Anyway they’re really close with each other.
