I also suffer from chronic alcoholism. Been here in a nursing home recovering from related health issues. My anger has taken me down away from everyone including God. Today I wanted to walk out and get me a bottle. Instead I listened to some great preaching that opened my heart. Then this movie touched me. I related to the drunk. Lost everything and everyone. Now I'm 67 and Jesus is all I seem to have left. Loving my neighbor is exactly what I needed to hear. God bless.

Hang in there. I'm a retired nurse, and worked in nursing home and also recovering alcoholic. Stay where you are and take care of your medical issues. You have people caring for you and are safe. Don't walk out and start over, if you even get the chance again. Saying a prayer for you and sending love... call AA and see if someone can come see you ❤❤❤

Chronic? That's new. Jesus can deliver you! Repent and turn from sin. The Bible says drunks will not inherit the kingdom of God. Says to be sober and vigilant all the time. Believe it. I used to smoke weed all the time. That is also not being sober. So I know what I say. Turn away, repent, be born again and God will give you new desires. Stop victimising. You will hate alcohol ❤❤❤ All glory to God in the name of Jesus

I'm very sorry for the loss of your friend Paul, Dan. As soon as he died, his soul and spirit were liberated from his body. Heaven is more real than anything here. Satan is real too and he uses temptation to take us down self-destructive roads. We are all so broken and look to fill a void in our hearts only Jesus can fill. I hope you will be able to grieve and honor your friend by living your life well and finishing the purpose God created you for. Your testimony of keeping the faith and carrying on for your friend can change other people's destinies. God the Father loves you, Jesus died for every sin we have or will ever commit and the Holy Spirit comes and takes residence in our hearts when we accept Jesus's sacrifice for us all our sins and then we have a helper to guide us and life has meaning and we can have assurance we will go to Heaven when God calls us home. May God bless you and walk you through the sorrow and bring you to a place of acceptance & give you peace and a dream where Paul can tell you he's happy and healthy and waiting to see you Heaven where there will be no more sorrow or tears in Jesus's name, Amen.

Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ I lost my dad to suicide when I was nine, soon following molestation by my sister's boyfriend. I ended up suffering alcoholism for 20 yrs almost dying from that. Until I cried out to the Lord for help. By the grace of God I've been sober for 8 yrs. My life is changed for the better...FOREVER. Pls tell Nate to rely on his Creator & remain faithful. Life changing❣️🙌 God bless you

My nation has failed, America I'm a native born in Denver Colorado. I'm a patriot. Jesus this is a dying nation. It sucks to be born here on earth also except Hey Jesus you said the meek will inherit this rock pyle. We thought to inherit this earth was something valuable. Until You come back here to live I'm afraid the property values have dropped. Us homeless ones have been devalued by our neighbors that you commanded us to love. You did tell us to love our enemies. Well thats just great because we at least have many of those. I remember praying when leaving Colorado to California that you would give me friends. That prayer was answered thanks . So here I go back to the same prayer. Too many against us and you. The ones who fear and think upon your name please . How about love like from You more abundantly. Thanks again.😊

@danmoen755, Lord bless you ever so sweetly. I can hear, in your words, that you have a heart sensitive to the condition of things in this world today, and that is a rare and wonderful thing. I know homelessness myself personally, and I am disabled with MS and a very damaged spine due to brittle bones and a birth defect in it as well, however, we know these things are our blessed promise from God that through trials He does refine us to be the highest qualifiers toward the Kingdom's citizenry, and that New Kingdom and new earth will be ever so wonderfully rich in beauty for those who suffer most presently in His Name, so, we shall be just fine soon. I'll see you there one day, glory to God through His Son our Messiah. We will know one another there. Praise God. P.S., I am finally in an apt in Utah after leaving Ca several years ago myself, and able now to rest easy until He comes again to settle things to His Glory. HalleluYah! Stay purposed in Him, keep refining to His delight. Holy hugs. Count it all Joy to the Glory of God, we are His and going to be with Him in His time, no more worries, no more tears, no more bad things.

Amen, I am born a Jew taught to reject JESUS...Isaiah 53 showed me the way to His love in forgiveness and friendship in His amazing grace and share Him even preaching in the streets to gangsta rappers all to His glory.

This was the most inspiring movie I have ever seen!! God Bless all the people that helped people in their little town!!

Real christian action and deeds are missing from the faith practice. This is curative

That's what the folks at these mega corps hearts are like. They certainly don't want us practicing the 2 greatest commandments, they rather us do the commandment of Satan the Aleister Crowley maxim 'Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law. You see when we do God's will it creates attention in the spirit realm and we can be targeted like Job. You never know how any real love and doing the will of the Father will affect your eternity but it will only do good. Sacrifice in this life was taught by our chief commander Jesus, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief, they plucked out His beard, spat on Him, Tore His back up real good into ribbons, shoved a crown of thorns on His head that made Him bleed more and much more abuse before and after like Moses lifted up the bronze serpent in the wilderness He was lifted up to draw all men unto Him. Yes the body was dead, they brought Him down and although He was poor He was buried in a rich man's grave, all fulfillment of the scriptures. He wants us to truly love our neighbours, unfortunately there are many churches where Satan has everyone 'busy' but busy doing the wrong thing, silly programs and music that not praise but entertainment. He will lead us if we surrender learning to trust and obey. Pray every day, read scripture every day and do scripture every day. Stay humble and walk with God. Please pray for me, got a situation going here that I can't get my head round. Thanks family 👪

This movie was so inspiring about how we should love our neighbors as ourselves but there is an even greater love. God, creator and ruler over all things would send His son to die to pay the debt for my sins. By realizing I had sinned against Almighty God, that I was in rebellion and judgement would one day come, repented of my sins and ask God to forgive me and Jesus to save me. He did and I was freed from my sin and guilt and was adopted into the family of God. There is no greater love than God's love.

Because with out love we really can't help others , i just started ministering for the first time in my life i wait sooo long for this but my health is getting worse and worse but God let me live so i can minster only a short time i was really, really sick 11 yrs ago every other month i was bed written my daughter was just 9 in a half and i hadn't been baptized yet either, i didn't get sick foe yrs and yrs until a yr ago my health at really bad , i pray to God and like i said u didn't get sick until now i still have only a little fight left but iKnow only for a short while And i want to unite my community my goal for about 11 yrs and speak ro them about our father God / Jesus God Almighty bless all ❤️🌈❤️

Great movie. Beautiful personal courage within all the characters of this story. The loss of loved ones rages battles unseen by the naked eye. And who'd ever guess that love, in all its gentleness and simplicity, is such a mighty power that it truly stops the wars.

I just recently lost three brothers of mine. One of them used to live in Golden, CO. This movie reminds me of him and what he accomplished for the church as well because he and his own family did something similar by making life a little bit better in fact a lot better for people. So, yes, I commend this movie wholly because, yes, all if the law hangs on the two most important commandments of God to love God with your whole mind, body, heart, soul, strength and your neighbor as yourself plus all of the Ten Commandments. I pray that all people follow these commandments throughout their whole life. This I pray in the name of the Father, God, the son, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
