Not even orthodox Jews can follow that law. The sabbath day indeed, is not on Saturday or Sunday, because there was no Saturday or Sunday 3,000 years ago. The days were numbers except for the sabbath, and they were determined by moon phase, which changes every week. So in order to keep the sabbath in truth, a follower of the Law would have to shut down business operations Monday this week, Wednesday next week, Friday the following, and permanently the next Tuesday. Let's not even mention the Hebrew calendar. They add and subtract days at will.

Seems like the world loves Kanye. Read the bible and knowing His truth, He will show you the counterfeits around you.

Why do you need to pray for him? If he truly "turned his life around", then he is already "saved" and doesn't need the prayers. Waste your breath on those that are more in need of you're gonna pray at all.

I believe Kanye is really missed the one person who kept him grounded. His mom, a beautiful & educated woman. And to deal with her loss he turned to God. And I hope his heart is healed and whole, mind body & spirit.

@@tobeblessed89 I think what he meant is Christian tracks in entirety (not all, but most) are flat, robotic, they depend mostly on the message than the beats and music itself. They all seem to be the same, all the time..... Personally if the beat isn't fire I wouldn't download the track and I wouldn't get there message behind the lyrics, no matter how good it was.... For example putting the lyrics aside, selah is fire from the get go, the beat alone moves you.

This is my first time to this channel I can't wait to see what else is on here but this video was recommended and I'm so glad I clicked on it. I seriously loved watching this. I don't believe in God, neither do most of my friends, but we all love Kanye. Some of em are having a hard time hearing this album because of the lyrics and religion references, but I'd rather be listening to someone rap about God than about drugs and dracos. None of that correlates with my life. In fact i really enjoy this album because it has the Kanye type production, melodies, samples and feels kinda uplifting on me.

@@DenzelGargar Appreciate the long reply man. Yeah, I totally agree with you on this point. This is the reason why I appreciate Kanye. Look how often he has been either hated or loved for what he was saying or doing, for example the 808 & Heartbreak era or the Yeezus era. But he's constantly been doing his thing no matter what people think and I feel like this mentality kind of transferred to me. I think lyric-wise it's probably a different situation for me than for you, because English ain't my first language. I understand every word and I understand the honesty you're talking about. I often have to look up the lyrics to get the deeper meaning, but with this project I feel like everything was much clearer with the first few listenings. He once said "If you're a fan of Kanye West, your not a fan of Kanye West but a fan of yourself." This sentence is stuck in my head for such a long time and I think Kanye has had and still has a great impact on my self esteem. Also I love seeing Kanye smile so much lately and if God is the reason why, I'm fine with it. I cant stand how people use to speak about his faith and if it's genuine or not. Like who are you to judge? Man, I could go on and on writing, but at the end of the day everyone has their own opinion on the music and the person behind the music. Not everyone is willing to take a look behind the facade of what media tells you. Agree to disagree. Sorry for the even longer reply haha Have a nice day man!

hidden manna it was one of Kanye’s nicknames people would call him. The original album was supposed to be called Yhandi instead of Jesus is King but Jesus Christ “did the laundry”. My favorite line. Also Yhandi is Ghandi.

@@mrspencer9999 Yandi was the album he had teased to be his next album. It is a "typical" Kanye album full of NSFW language and themes (leaked copies document this). Many of the "Jesus is King" songs originated in a prior state on Yandi. Kanye says that talking with Chance the Rapper in Dec changed his mind on the album. He got a vision to start Sunday Services at the beginning of the year (though unsaved at the time) and then about April 2019 his heart changed, gave his life to Jesus and became a Christian.

I lost my momma two years ago- when I heard this album I knew she’d of loved this album and the work GOD is doing inside of Kanye. Thank you for showing what I would have believe would have been a similar reaction to what my mom would have had.

I personally find Kanye's new babe in Christ rawness quite refreshing! I don't think I realized how crusty I felt spiritually until I heard this album LOL. Got me fired back up!

@Al That is a very complicated question. Before I go into it, there are 2 things I need to say. The first being that I am not trying to convert you. It is frowned upon in Judaism to actively convert people. If someone wants to convert, they have to be the one to initiate it. It should never be due to someone pressuring them. Secondly, know that there are Jews that believe Jesus is the messiah but reject the new testament. This is massively important because the new testament, by its very existence, contradicts the old testament. The old testament was written by Moses after God gave him a 2 month long vision of all that would affect the Torah from then until the messiah comes. Because of this, the Torah explicitly states that any changes to the Torah (such as the new testament or the Koran) are illigitimate. As for Jesus completing a prophecy, I don't know. A lot of what is told about him in religious stories is historically wrong. For example, Jesus of Nazareth is (as you can guess) likely from Nazareth. But his birth place was later moved to Bethlehem centuries after his death by the Roman Catholic church to try and justify why he is the messiah. This was a major problem for many of the stories about Jesus. In fact, in a lot of ways, Jesus seems more like a Hebrew prophet than a messiah. I mean, the idea of being the son of God doesn't really make sense in Judaism. That also was a Roman idea as Caesar was also called the son of God.

For Christians trying to argue with Jews on Jesus being the Messiah, remember only God can show people things. There is the Word of God and the Spirit of God. Only the Spirit of God can make plain the Word of God to an individual. We cannot call the shots. We must pray and let God do things as he sees fit. He knows best how to reach those He loves (and he dearly loves the Jewish people and Israel) and we must be where HE wants us when He wants us to work for Him and say what He wants us to say concerning Him. So God bless the Jewish People and God bless Kanye and all those trying to seek the Lord's Face. The prophet Isaiah asserted that if we will seek the Lord with all our hearts we will find Him. He is Truth and Love and Love always wins. Let Love reign and the truth about Jesus Christ will be revealed. Undoubtedly.

“God is” is my favorite song, it makes me cry, the lyrics are so beautiful. I don’t care that Kanye has not a great singing voice, most of us cannot sing but we anyway sing praises to God. It makes the song just greater because he sings and doesn’t care. Praise the Lord! Jesus saves and changes everything ❤️

Chick Fil-A is an American Christian owned company that does fast foods and they’re closed on Sunday cause they want their employees to go to church and spend time with family. I find it very interesting and the idea that so many people are joined under the same core values and beliefs, as in for example the idea that good and evil is inheritly a human entity.

Selah or "say-la" is used in the old testament (especially Psalms) and most think it means "now pause and think about God." Kanye sings "John 8:36 - to whom the son sets free is free indeed - he saved a wretch like me" - Selah - (now pause and think about God while we listen to a beautiful choir sing "Hallelujah" for ~1 min) AMAZING song!

Jenders no one actually knows what Selah means. Which is why it remains untranslated in our bibles. Scholars have theories (including yours) but no one actually knows.

I’m a 48 year old Mom, believer and follower of Jesus and I love Kanye’s release. I feel the Holy Spirit when I listen to it. This is an answer to my prayers for influencers salvation. I continue to pray for him and his family. 💜 Praise Jesus forever. We ALL need the Lord. PS- I feel closed on Sunday is really him speaking to his wife and family. Kim has obviously been so wrapped up in social media and selfie taking. Chik Fil A is a Christian based American restaurant that has stood for Christian principles in their business conduct. He’s saying let’s keep the sabbath holy. Let’s put our phones and electronics away and gather our family in worship wife. Let’s not be enslaved to this culture we’ve contributed to so much. In another song he talks about walking this road even if it’s alone and that he’s fighting for his life and family. It moves me incredibly, he is fighting for his family to be saved and reflecting Christ. Just like we all desire for our loved ones. 💜🙏🏻 God bless him on his path.

I have the Holy Ghost every day, and the Bible says: Sing a new song to the Lord , for he has done wonderful deeds. His right hand has won a mighty victory; his holy arm has shown his saving power! Psalms 98:1 The Holy Ghost has had me write new songs with biblical lyrics, and you are welcome to them for free to sing yourself. They are on a playlist of songs given from God.

I really enjoyed watching this. My mom doesn’t like rap, but she’s giving his album a listen because of the biblical truths. Gosh, Kanye is transformed praise Jesus!!!! Praise the Lord!!!
