Having already been in and seen most of the work going, the most interesting thing about the bus tour for me having was experiencing the reaction of the other people on the bus around me. I'd already gotten over the shock and awe and was mentally prepared.
Personally I think CERA have the right idea with these tours. At the other end people had a sense of where things were going and a better understanding of what's happening to their city.
