In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Chris Williamson, a club promoter turned podcast host with over 200m+ downloads and one of the biggest shows in the world. Chris's journey of designing a new life and taking massive risks to chase his passions, including giving up a lucrative career and moving across the world, is nothing short of inspiring.

Chris is the most articulate and charismatic storyteller
"Consistency is the most reliable trait that all of the successful people I've been around have got No one is successful who isn't consistent. Consistency won't guarantee success but not being consistent will guarantee that you won't be successful."
Be curious, aim for your pinnacle. It’s painful and lonely, but worth it beyond all compare. The haters and losers can either follow the example or fall by the wayside in a welter of despair. The winners and high achievers will be inspired and grateful for their happiness and success.
Well done, Chris Williamson, perhaps the most archetypal young Sigma male of today. He is a one man army and a genius. He has the courage to be curious and does no end of good.
Very Insightful interview! Love how chris articulate his words and his storytelling skills are next level. A lot to learn from this conversation and huge fan of love both of these two
Listening to Nick talk about his daughter coming into his life really hits hard for me. I'm in a similar boat trying to maximize my time with her and family while owning a side business and working fulltime.
Was not expecting Chris on here but so happy he is🔥
I love Chris Williamson, awesome guest. Great podcast
This is likely the best podcast I've listened to so far this year, two prolific humans I look up to in so many ways and want on my podcast discussing topics that most people don't talk about.
I've just found you through the KZread algorithm and being a big fan/consumer of Chris Williamson. I have to say I love your outlook on life, challenges, health and family relationships and find myself delving into your hyrbid training style. Keep it up!
1:10:50 Chris Williamson about consistency
two legends having a meaningful conversation. great episode!
This was a great interview/conversation. Thanks! In what place is each one and is there a right place to be in life. I’ve had my highly productive years, obsessed, obsession wears down and I start looking for the next one. That has kept me busy for the last 30 years. Now definitely exploring into hybrid training is a new obsession at 46 years of age. It has given me a new perspective on aging, training and human potential.
What a show - Chris has successfully crystallised the wisdom from all his podcasts to provide quite the treat for everyone listening ⚡️⚡️ I will be replaying this to keep listening
I am always optimizing for balance in almost every aspect of life. Great Podcast should be getting 20times the views it currently is, it's coming though.
Thanks for this conversation, you both rock!
Excited to listen to the during my day today
