That last point is one I wrote down on the positive things my father taught me. I was growing to resent him, and so I made a list of the things he target me so as to remind myself of the good qualities he had.

Great idea. It always helps clarify things when you write them down. Journaling is an excellent way to get in touch with mixed feelings and confusion.

First off. Brilliant interview and I noticed how over time the honesty of your guest allowed you to expose some true insights. My point was to say in the world of music what you call monk mode, i was always taught the phrase woodshed. When a musician isolated himself and honed his craft its was called woodshedding..

I moved 1,200 miles away from my family to go to university. I had a crazy roommate at first. She accused me of stealing her $1,500 necklace even though I was innocent. Luckily, I had a best friend from high school whose brother was a sheriff's deputy and he advised me to NOT take a lie detector test. After I got a new roommate, I bonded with other girls in my dorm, thank God. We found an apartment together and I met my future husband. Lucky for me, I'm the oldest of five kids so I can be social even though I'm a writer and rather introverted. Rather than improve yourself for a few months, try being better every day. I'm Catholic and frankly, don't like confession. But I can see how it helps a lot of people to get over their sins and guilt.

800 prophecies we’re completed in the Bible that’s a 1 x 10^895 possibility. It would take 10 Minutes to write the zeroes. If you died right now are you a 100% sure you’d go to Heaven? all people have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. What is sin? Sin is essentially any bad thing we've ever done. Have u sinned before? Because of sin the punishment is a burning hell. “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭21‬:‭8‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Do u know the story of Jesus? (If yes skip next step) if not do next step. God came down to earth as a man. Lived for 33 and a half years. He never sinned his whole life. Eventually some people got jealous of him and got him convicted of phony charges. He got crucified on the cross. Died. Was buried for 3 days then he was resurrected by his own power. Do you know why Jesus went through all this bloody mess for us? It’s because remember your sin is the problem why you can’t go to Heaven right? The only thing that can wash away your sin is the blood of Jesus Christ “But God shows his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭5‬:‭8‬ ‭KJV‬‬ God did all that to save us from hell "Much more than, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭5‬:‭9‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Ephesians 2:8-9 “We’re saved by Grace through faith which is not of ourselves it is the gift of God not by works for fear any man should boast” Salvation is not by good works like “water baptism, attending church, any good thing you do” “For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭7‬:‭10‬ ‭KJV‬‬ To get saved, you need to repent as a sinner. Or, you need to be sorry for being a sinner. Are you sorry for being a sinner? “that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭10‬:‭9‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Do you believe everything you’ve heard in the gospel so far? All you have to do is say it to God in less than 15 seconds I’ll even help you say it to god all you have to do is repeat after me. I’m going to give you the words to repeat, but remember repeating this prayer doesn’t save you. You genuinely meaning the words from your heart does Dear god I repent as a sinner I believe Jesus is God who died buried and resurrected so his blood can wash away my sins. So I only trust in the blood alone to save me. Not my good works. To save me from hell in Jesus name. I pray amen So if you believe in him and what he did. You'll be justified by his blood and saved from hell and you'll get an eternity of Love, joy, and peace Then after that. Just read the King James Version Bible daily. As man does not by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. It says like a newborn baby desire the pure milk of the word so that you can grow by it. And Jesus said, Sanctify them through your truth. Your word is truth. Essentially Jesus was saying. Make your believers holy through reading your word, and finally. If you continue in my word, then you are truly my disciples and you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

No Jordan, I am sorry to inform you, but confession to oneself is NO confession at all. Yes, it's a starting point. Does that count as confession though. . .NO.

What if "monk mode" is you just isolating yourself expecting to have some sort of realization that'll fix your problems while you go a little harder at the gym and start journaling or something? Sounds kinda debilitating for your mental health as well as selfish towards the ones that depend, benefit, and genuinely want to have you around. Feels so trendy tho I might give it a shot!

Confessing to others is only necessary for those too irresponsible to answer for their self. Confession to oneself is ALL that a mature man needs to correct himself. So you deny yourself so thoroughly that you're convinced self-confession isn't confession. Is your conscious judgement of yourself, your honesty, your self- accountability, and self-respect as worthless as you assume? You certainly seem to think so. Maybe we should believe you're as incompetent as you say you are. The efficacy of self-confession is directly proportional to your relationship with your unconscious. If no part of you takes your self seriously how can anyone else? But at least you had the balls (or boyish ignorance) to confess it online.

Here is an accurate record of Jordans expertise as a psychologist. The courts ruled that Jordan was NOT an expert in his field in the following cases. Case 1 Sordi v. Sordi, 2009 CanLII 80104 (ON SC) he defamed a parent in court. In the case 2 R. v. Pearce, 2012 MBQB 22 (CanLII) he tried to free a murderer. Then in the case Peterson v. College of Psychologists of Ontario, 2023 ONSC 4685, he tried to avoid taking responsibility Time to read real history

Jordan is a disgraced psychologist, he went to court to prove he was right about his conduct and lost miserably and had to pay $30000 as well. He has not yet remedied his conduct and will be unlicensed.

So then what does that make the other psychologists, who are to cowardly to stand up for what they believe in fear they too will lose their license? Just go along with the collective insanity, regardless of how much harm it causes people? Try reevaluating your arguments.
