In my opinion, sutton is a clown as a pundit

To be fair to Beale, he didn't 'take credit' for being the brains behind Gerrard, he actually made it very clear in an interview that he worked under Gerrard rather than 'with' him.

You were the best 6mil the club has ever spent. You made Larson. Your work rate was amazing.

Beale is typical of these managers that are so ambitious that they can't wait for the big job. It seems to happen a lot with aspiring English managers, and credit to Rooney for going down to Plymouth Argyle. Managers have to learn their trade and for Beale to go from QPR to Rangers, shows a massive lack of self awareness. So Sutton is right to pillory him. Beale needs to learn a bit of humility and maturity.

Sutton saying that Beale talked too much is a bit rich coming from him.

Also this BS about not his own players. Pisses me right off. He's a coach. What manager bring with him, in history, his own 22 players.
