Watching the Listen video in the 90's. He instantly became my favorite. His style was ahead of it's time. I think a lot of people saw that vid and more than likely feel the same way i do. He's misunderstood a tiny bit, cause his sarcasm and jokes go over their head. One of the Best

I pulled a pair of puffy etnies out of my closet the other day. Insane how well they skated. And durability light years beyond what is out nowadays. I will admit the overall fashion style isn’t cool looking but damn they just hold up so much better.

Best nosegrinds and 5-0s in the game. Lost art of not touching the nose or tails on those grinds and Roberts has the most smooth and stable ones ever

Big fan of his skating. I love his Transworld A Time To Shine part! Makes you pumped to go skate
Almost as good as the switch manny 4 hour loop
Amazing job Daniel 🤙🏼👊🏼 you're getting amazing at you editing and it shows hard work and complete obsession👍 Skate 4 life.
Wow so much sick footage I've never seen before. So much of his skating is actually incredibly difficult. It's easy to forget how amazing his skateboarding is. It's funny because some of the bleached blonde phase looks like peter smolik and doug des autels had a baby. Thanks for taking the time to do this.
Thanks for putting this all together, so goood
Another great edit! Starting it out with the Monday Monday made me smile looking forward to this Mondays Nine Club
Amazing skating with a sick edit! Nice work Daniel!
Insane manual control. So much style. Chris rips!!
That William DeVaughn song goes so well with Robert's skating. Really enjoyed this edit!

Killer edit!! And I think Chris is more comfortable doing switch manuals and 5-0's than normal ones lol. Such a relaxed style, it's fun to watch.

Perfect nose grinds and 5.0’s. And sick nose as well as switch manny’s. All of his manny’s are sick. And the reverts and the shuvit in out and during his manny’s,dope. Not to mention the flips out of his grinds and slides. As someone already said, his style is as smooth as chocolate !!! Amazing he did all of this on a 7.75 deck. He’s since changed to an 8.25 double nose/double/tail. CROB just gave us a lesson on having smooth style !!! Awesome editing !!! You did an amazing job on this video my brother !!!

Beautiful work as always. At 7:26 I had flashbacks to skate 2
Dude still skates a 7.75 and doesn’t know how long his board is. Pretty cool!
God his manual revert is beautiful to watch and it’s crazy how skate styles match the personality of the skater
best video on youtube period.
Thanks for putting decent music to it. That last clip with the socket 😂
It’s so awesome to see the progression of the CRob. Such style. His balance is impecable.

I think in order to get Chris to film a full part in 2019, we need to dig out the Venice Pit.
Wwwweeeeellllllllll we’re back
thank you for reminding me how talented this guy is
watched the entire compilation through. Roberts has the classic style and unique trick selection
I had no idea until a few days ago, that Crob's 1st part was in Toy Machine "Welcome to Hell". I used to watch that video, daily, back in 2000. It was one of the first 3 skate vids, I saw (idr which was 1st, is why I say 1st 3). Chris really progressed and after he joined Chocolate, he really entered a new level of skill. Skating with Marc Johnson has been known to have that effect because he's incredible on a skateboard and is particularly good at flip in/flip out stuff, manny variations, lot of the same kinds of things that Chris was bustin out in 2004, beyond. Man, Crob really did his thing!
This is awesome. Legendary LA footage
That´s sick, good job!!!!

his skating style goes so well with jazz

One of the best skate videos I have ever seen thus far! Love this! chris roberts is my favorite skateboarder of all time in my opinion, for sure legend next to his peers who are legends themselves, the nine club!!
He is/was so good. Happy he scored such a great job hosting the 9 club!
so sick .. i always thought he must have way more footage that i never saw.
That 5:07 Manny combo still blows my mind. Like he just taps his wheels and reverts back so quickly.

So smooth
So much style. Every trick is done so proper.
Awesome compilation. Chris Roberts is one of my favorite skaters. He has a timeless style. Kind of like Brian Lotti.
Great style so smooth.
Never heard of Chris Roberts, he came after my skate days. I am a fan of the 9 club though and what they do. So i looked up who this cat is and damn. Love his chill laid back style. Reminds me of myself back in the day the only difference is he is like the skater i never became too scared to really push myself. As I'm getting older now to this day i still see something that catches my eye and I'm like "I'd skate that" though i haven't picked up a board since the late 80's. Once a skater always a skater..... At least mentally 😎 Great video thanks so much sharing 👍 Much respect to all these new gen skaters things you all do now?? Just is amazing 👍👍

Sounds like I'm not as old as you, but I also didn't have the guts to push myself properly. Now I'm going to try and get back into it, just for fun and exercise more than anything... but it' s still kind of nerve-wracking.
It's these kinds of videos that made me ride my board every day as a kid. I wonder what gave him inspiration as a kid
He’s always been doing them long ass grinds and I’ve loved/respected that about em
Grinds the whole damn ledge every time…. No nose scraping either 🔥🔥🔥
