Can you tell what's just before that line? I was trying to figure out what she says on her way out. "Don't really want spot cream." or "Better be spot cream."

This is funny as hell. I work as a radiographer and my girlfriend is an A&E nurse. This is exactly how some people actually are with health professionals. Some people are so thick and so full of themselves that the way they behave in a hospital is the same as a school playground, and if they don't understand something then they mock it.

This is so funny to me because there are people who are that clueless & stupid but do something important like have children, it's actually highlighting the way stupid people feel entitled to be right when people are genuinely giving them helpful advice.

I thought that immediately! The thing is, Fred West was actually obsessed with "abortions" and pregnant women and did a lot of his own "examinations" on his pregnant victims. Knowing this makes this sketch feel sinister lol

It's just a generic Cotswolds/West Country accent and the Wests were from the Cotswolds.

@NewYorkDontLoveMe The doctor was Alan's girlfriend Sonja (Amelia Bullimore). The man was the weird racist guy in the Linton Travel Tavern Mike Sampson (Kevin Eldon). The other woman was Kate the posh recovering drug addict Alan is on the radio show with (Julia Davis).

This couple reminds me of Wayne and Waynetta Slob in Harry Enfield and Chums, only much thicker.

the most un-nerving and ground breaking comedy of an age...chris morris hit his peak with jam...from the early days of "on the hour" through to "four lions", the man has been a force for change in how comedy and satire are viewed, and yet you ask the man / woman in the street who he is and you get blank stares...WHY?...and just listen to any of his interviews, he's right on the money about his "art" while the detractors cry foul...comedy genius?....i should say so....

This is why I didn't become a GP.

The problem with stupid people is that they are too stupid to realise that they're stupid. Try having an argument with one and it's so excruciating that you always end up backing down.
