This episode was awesome! I've personally incorporated 30 second cold showers in my routine and the feeling is amazing, you gasp first but you can really feel all the muscles in your body are awake and alert after it But I cannot imagine how Chris must have felt like during this arctic swim 🥶🌊❄️ Well done to him 👏🏼 also well done to marathon legend Ross Edgley for guiding him through this 👏🏼 I also love how his brothers and friends are involved, it created such a warm athmosphere 🥰 in the freezing colds of Norway 🥶
