He runs hills a lot in his training so he does have good genes there but def enhances it with his training. During Manny's time with Roach & his training camps in LA, there's numerous vids of him running the surrounding hills - often with a large entourage.

Walking gave him monstrous legs. People who grew up in the mountainside without roads and sometimes a footwear develops a certain kind of balance and leg muscles that is needed for certain terrains. Poor families in the Philippines back in Pacquiao's childhood struggles to even earn around 2 dollars a day, now imagine walking and running on mountains with barely any sustenance everyday. Doing that everyday our body develops higher strength trough perseverance now imagine a after going through all then suddenly having more money and getting proper sustenance and proper body workout. At the end we all have different starting point dont think that peoples struggles are the same. Pacman's foundation is poverty where you have to be thankful if you can even eat once a day.

Interesting point: Pacquiao usually averages 60+ punches per rd before he fought mayweather. With Mayweather? 19
