Check those drains!! Get it before it becomes a catastrophe, and AAALLLLLLLL this drywall has to come out. Thank you Ben.

Hey was just wondering if there’s any chance you’ve done all of the chapters of the UPC code book? Like chapters 13 or 14? Will even be willing to pay for it

I haven't but I could. Typically I don't do Chapter 13 because I don't agree that it should be in the Code. That is more of a specialized aspect to our trade and falls under the regulations set forth by NFPA 99C. If you want to discuss further, I'd be happy to oblige. Email me at gorhambm@outlook.com and we can go from there.

@@samsteele4762 You must feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to teach full time!!! I work during the day and only have two classes a semester- if I'm lucky. I have quit jobs as a superintendent because the contractor wanted me to travel out of town. There is no way I will stop being a teacher, it is far too rewarding for me to see others succeed. Where have you been teaching?

@@BGsPlumbingClass I teach in Toronto Ontario Canada, Humber College. I do love teaching, some students can be quite challenging though. Looking forward to retirement though... lol. What exactly are you teaching? Our apprentices have a mandatory 780 in school hours and approximately 8220 on the tools hours, less depending on their education. We have three levels, Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. We do not offer gas or backflow licence as some other provinces do.
