amazing catches, love the CHP motors and unmarked land. That first CHP motor seemed to have some issue with the lights. It was steady burn blue and flashing red lol.

Is that Tahoe CHP or LASD?
Good catches. That intersection is bad. Same spot Two years ago there was a 6-8 car accident when a speeding dodge ended up read ending one and caused a chain reaction.
Wow quite a scene going on how many CHP units and LASD units showed up

I don't know if it's your camera or not, but the first CHP Motor Unit didn't have the Steady Red Light. It was flashing & the Blue was Steady.

I didnt realise this was still required, is it just a California thing or is it at a state or federal level?

Nice! I hate when there’s a lot of traffic
The flashing blue to the rear on the white polar bear is burnt out and the first arriving motor unit has his forward lights backwards... he has a solid blue and flashing red.
1:37 no steady burn on the first unit ! 🤔
Aw Crown Vic did not get any catch

Sad to see how that city has grown. I was surprised that this was Rowland Hts. Fullerton Rd. didn't even go through past Colima Rd. heading south when we moved there. Our neighbor was right when he said Rowland Hts. is a weed town. He predicted the overgrowth and destruction of its quaint and quiet ambience.
What does the multi-agency response tell us? Seriously, is it a waste of resources or were there other reasons for inter-agency cooperation that are justified and logical? I am sincerely curious to understand. The video didn't appear to show the accident scene so it's hard to speculate. If anyone knows, please comment, thx.

This response is completely normal. A traffic collision in an unincorporated city where the Sheriff’s Department has jurisdiction also prompts the CHP’s response because CHP handles traffic collision reports in certain areas where LASD does not handle them. Regarding multiple vehicles responding, it is normal for LASD to send 2 units code 3 and CHP to send 2 for collisions with injuries. In addition, a children was also involved which made it a bigger response. Overall, it is justified and logical since both agencies are required at scene for traffic control and report taking. Not gonna speak about LACoFD because it is self explanatory why they are there
