It's because you have to consider Mages doesnt build armor, he was going full canonglass taliyah, Yone is a fighter he's main role is to constantly do dmg trough auto attacks and spells + he has multiple control with ult and Q he can shield himself and his items allows him many things plus he deals magic dmg too.
