Let the poor guy eat his arm shed if he really wants to 😉. It’s good for him, my friend, and it has calcium and nutrients his body would have lost otherwise.
If you were an experienced beardie owner you should know to wait a few more days till the skin is dry and crispy before you help in the shedding process. Advise from one beardie owner.

Well done! That we can see how moist the skin is; making the removal very easy; as well as he/she isn’t restrained at all is absolutely awesome! Best removal I’ve ever seen, thank you.

You should never remove a bearded dragons shed for them. You could leave their skin feeling tender like a sunburn at least. You can hurt your bearded dragons doing this please stop doing this.
