    Lower the flame and put the dahi and mix and immediately put the flame on high heat again, about dahi starter put 2 green chilli in luke warm milk and cover and keep overnight that will be a starter, the first lot of dahi will be ok but not perfect but the second lot using that dahi will be perfect
