Find ways to replenish your spirit. I do this by finding a comfortable quite place by myself and reach out to our Divine Creator. You can easily do this by speaking “Jesus” many don’t know they need but call upon Him in spirit & truth. To reach out with the spirit means to cut off distractions of the world and to be sincere in your heart and mind. 🧘‍♀️ Most don’t know He has dominion over every living entity including the unseen spiritual one’s. The situations that cause us harm are the dark forces who manipulate and exploit people who are misguided enough to listen to the destroyer.
