as did mine for joy, love, sorrow, regrets, anger and rage, until one day the tears stopped, emotions ceased and it took several years for the tears to be seen once more, but this time without the emotions behind them, when emotion came they came twisted. There is such a thing as crying to much for the world, it can be detrimental to the self when repeated over time like a broken record, yet it steals from the other experiences to be had in the future due to the emotions going in to the subconscious.

I used to cry all the time and about everything, I thought there was something wrong with me... Then I realized that this means I'm still human and have compassion/empathy which is very therapeutic!!! I mean, people nowadays they read or watch about other peoples misfortunes and don't feel anything as if we're not speaking of the same tribe, it's unbelievable how the world turned so cold and soulless... So sad indeed!

Dropped these gentle tears the last 2 nights during my 432hz meditation time in my bed. They were almost sweet and invisible, thank you so much for this timely message ❤

Today during my acupuncture I had needles in my earlobes and scalp, acupuncturist said it’s a method for detox. I wept and mucus dripped down my nose as I laid face down. During this session I remembered my best friend who died during ----- and also my unborn who I probably never mourned properly. May God help us heal through all our pain and traumas

God Does like to see me cry because it is because of these tears that I am growing spiritually and ready to face more challenges and able to make deeper decisions in life on my journey.

I can feel sadness and when I feel sadness, I am not sad. Sad is an idea to experience, and time is a tool to observe it. I can watch me being sad to find in, what I feel really in my soul, not with body emotions. So the new perspective begins to open. I can then be happy when feeling very sad, due to very sad things that occur, but it is just a level of sadness, that I decide to experience. I am not from sadness, and it is a emotion inside me, so I am not afraid, that it will come, as I know her and love and recognize, so I can flow freely again.
