I've been waiting my entire life (I'm 69 now) and those that are still here are still stuck in the 3D materialistic/consumerist matrix. I'm really not waiting -- or expecting -- for things to change, but I do keep an open mind.

My mother has narcissistic personality disorder and I am the black sheep of the family. I have compassion for her condition however I will be 49 yo at the end of this month (July 2024) and have now accepted she hasn't changed all these years and her behaviors toward me is toxic for me unfortunately.

My mother does too. My dad too. (It’s a long story 😅). I was the scapegoat to one, mixed roles to the other (as I was his only child) I decided to spend Christmas 2022 by myself. I bought myself a Nintendo Switch and a snowboard. It was, no joke, the best Christmas of my life. Haven’t talked to a single one of them since. You’re not alone. Best of luck on your journey 💜

I’m almost 36. So you have some years on me, but trust me, once you free yourself in whatever way works for you (emotionally detach and heal), age doesn’t matter. I feel younger every day since I’ve been free.

Yes I resonate we it that -- my Viking grandfather on my mothers was 6’3 Swede who died of cirrhosis at 51; his daughter my mother committed suicide at 28 when I was 7; my fathers father was obese and died of a heart attack at 61 I was actually present for the heart attack and recall the ambulance and my grandfather giving me a thumbs up and rubbing my head. I can see the generational issues on both sides and yes the energy is intense fighting the grain Narcissists are such evil people -/- but that’s smother story

How do I go into ancestral trauma to heal it. I reconsidered I was the scapegoat, and I refuse to be that scapegoat anymore with love and light. My family wishes to keep me the scapegoat, but I refuse no more gaslighting nor removing my memories. So how do I heal my ancestral trauma and my mother's denial of the emotional and physical abuse from my her and my siblings, they blame me or my father (my dad is very narcissistic) but the refuse to see themselves and use my from a 5 year old. I am 84% healed with knowledge and understanding, but my ancestral trauma, what does this mean? I feel deep in my core, my mind, and my body. I feel its claws in my back holding on for dear life.
