I'm uploading a brisk and cheerful theme by JEAN CHARNAUX a brazilian talented guitarist and composer . It seems to be the best piece to close our “obsolete “ year 2022.

Hélio Delmiro bio: (born May 20, 1947) is a Brazilian guitar player and composer.
Delmiro started playing the guitar in early childhood. Since then, he has played with many of the best Brazilian musicians, among whom are Moacyr Silva, Márcio Montarroyos, Luíz Eça, Elis Regina, Elza Soares and Elizeth Cardoso. With César Camargo Mariano, he recorded in 1981 the album Samambaia, which still holds as a landmark for Brazilian instrumental music.
Jean Charnaux Bio:
Guitarist, composer, singer and arranger born in 87. Master in performance musical at UFRJ, Jean Charnaux he also attended the Los Angeles Music Academy in the United States. He was nominated among the finalists in the “Revelation” category of the 26th Brazilian music award, with his solo album released in 2014 called “Matrizes”. Accompanied by the American singer Dione Warwick, he toured with Emílio Santiago as his band 's lead guitarist in 2012 in theaters throughout Brazil, in addition to performing alongside Guinga in several national and international festivals. Among them, we can mention the Turin festival in 2015, Brazilian Guitar Night in Germany in 2016 and the Tiradentes Jazz Festival in 2011. He performed recitals and concerts in several countries (France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, China, Chile) between 2013 and 2018. He has worked as musical director, arranger and musician for the singer and composer Fátima Guedes since 2015. With so many experiences, he has recorded and performed alongside João Bosco, Ana Carolina, Mônica Salmaso, Zélia Duncan, Leila Pinheiro, Susana Travassos, Zé Paulo Becker, Alexandre Gismonti and Caio Márcio. He released in August 2021 his new album Inquieto, with authoral songs for solo guitar.

Thank you Claudio for posting this beautiful Choro! You've captured a wonderful spirit of the piece that reminds me of studying guitar in the French countryside with Roland Dyens. This is the type of piece Roland would suddenly break out and surprise and amaze everybody with at a restaurant or bar. Your beautiful performance of Choro pro Helio brings me back to a wonderful time. Fantastic! I think he would be proud. A great piece to begin the new year! Thank you sir for sharing.
