Choreo Snippet - Trio of Pivots Part 2

Enjoying the vibe from our Trio of Pivots it felt like our Snippet needed it’s own soundtrack.
This week I created a piece of music to accompany our flowing movements through Part 2.
Our skating skills included in Part 2 will include Forward Outside 3 turn, Inside Mohawks, Slip or slide chasses and Backward Crossover.
Remember, your choreographer 😁 is working inside a narrow frame to shoot this video, feel free to extend your skating pattern across the ice as needed.

How do you get from the back outer pivot to the outer forward 3? Did you cross your leg in a chasse?

Hi 🙂 As we wind up the Back pivot by bringing the right foot closer to our Centre point, I recommend taking a moment of stillness at the feet in that T shape. We can then use the left toe pick from the pivot to push onto a forward outside circle for the 3 turn.

@@karinanderson2463 a rocker is what it would be if it were executed on one foot. As it is, (with toe pick in the ice throughout) it is a nice way to practice the feel for keeping over the outside edge as we will eventually want in a backward outside rocker.
