Marlane Kelly they’re not using midi, you can tell this is a DJ melody. They were just having trouble with the midi that he created and quantizing it on the mpc

@@jaytonkash well that’s why when you actually play your controller you can mimic the swing if that’s how you play it in. A lil more loose and laidback and not to perfect. Anything can duplicated if you know what you’re doing. Just like i know how to play piano a lil bit but I can click in a piano melody and i can make it legit sound like somebody played it on a real piano. Im talking the humanize feel, the slightest double note hit, the small minor mistakes, etc.
