    This is such a unique overlooked movement . I just tried these for the first time and they’re really helping with a lot of imbalances I have in my back and hips

    I was looking to add some core strengthening to my routine and I remember watching this video a while back. Didn't think nothing of it back then but I've added chops and man oh man... i feel those real well!

    @bretcontreras1 would adding hiprotation change and lessen the effect of the movements shown?I remember doing similar exercises where i would hold pully handle attached to the bottom of the stack and execute a movement as if I was punching movement similar to boxing cross punch but done in a slow controlled way - i was told off by a certified trainer that the movement ob bad for my back. what's your opinion here?
