Beautiful arrangements and gorgeous piece by Chopin. I really discovered Chopin when I started learning piano. Of course I had heard his name and his music before. But when I started to learn his music, really dived into it, that is when I fell in love with him. His music really draws me in... And I started by learning your simplified version of op.9 no.2, so thank you for introducing me to Chopin. I started by printing out both pieces, the original and your easy version. Just by hearing the piece I could not tell that it was so hard to play. But after having a look at the jumps in the left hand and the runs in the right hand (not to mention the ornaments which I had no idea how to play) I thought: well I see why she simplified it 😅😂 After learning your simplified version I learned the original and it helped me a lot to have started with your simplified version. I think I will use the same strategy for this piece. I guess you just made me add op.9 no.1 to my list, which keeps getting longer !

ich spiele die originale Version - nicht ganz einfach, aber ich habe sie geschafft. Dein Lernvideo Fantaisie Improumtou finde ich ganz toll. Von den Noten her habe ich dieses Stück auch geschafft aber die Polyrhythmik ist nicht einfach und bringt mich an die Grenze. Du bist eine großartige Lehrerin und immer so positiv!!!! COULDN'T DISAGREE MORE WITH YOU...............If you have problems playing this tune in D-Flat-Major, then this simply means that YOU''RE NOT THERE YET. As there are PLENTY OF OTHER PIECES to take you to this level, it just makes NO SENSE to take refuge into a 'EASIER KEY'.

You are welcome to have that opinion. I don't agree. I think that the classics should be enjoyed by anyone who is interested in them. Not everyone has the opportunity or time for an in-depth study of playing the piano. But I have to wonder why you would even click on this video if you feel this way.

Even after taking refuge in the Embassy of an 'EASY KEY, there remains parts of this tune, which you are supposed to have ALREADY mastered FULLY...1. Like the 2 over 3 and the 3 over 2. You're supposed to be able to EASILY figure out the CHORDS(which Listz quasi secretly hands you..IF you're able to READ them and SEE them coming from afar. IF NOT....ALL you're be doing is LIKE ME about SEVEN YEARS AGO.......JUST READING NOTES AND TRY TO COME UP WITH ALL KINDS OF WEIRD CONSTRUCTIONS IN ORDER TO HAVING THEM MEMORIZED.
