Chop legs off with this low kick trick!

Спорт

Low kicks can inhibit mobility and finish fights. Give this technique a try to create an angle and bypass their check, and take their leg off 🦵

To fight tips: I feel that a woman should get more prison time for hitting a man, but a man should get less prison time for hitting on a woman. Because if a man hits on a woman for no reason at all, a woman can hit back, but if a woman hits a man for no reason, a man cannot hit back. So that’s properly fair. The innocent should not suffer alongside the guilty, it does not matter if it’s a woman or a man. It does not matter of gender. Every spectrum has bad people in it. @@taylorfusher2997 I disagree, I think it should be equal, but at the same time I believe a man should be able to defend himself against a woman. Easier said than done though, men naturally hit harder so 10 punches from a woman might do less damage than one from a man.

This is the exact video I needed! Thanks! I always noticed that Liam Harrison would throw almost an up kick (little to no hip rotation) and then circle his hips outward and chop down hard on the thigh (doubling up on his low kick). I could never reverse engineer the kick until you showed me the step inward!

I think they might be referring to body hooks/ lead uppercuts, as those tend to get yourself kicked/hit in the head. I learned the hard way lol. I used to train various punches, as a boxer would, but I quickly realized that keeping it simple would be best (at least for a beginner).

Going to try this next training! Also one tip that works really well for me (can't remember where I heard it first) - when loading up for the low kick, as your opponent lifts their leg to check it, wait a second for them to put their foot back down, and then land the kick. Either that, or give them a little push backwards as you place your hook. When they're pushed they're forced to plant their foot and put weight on it, thus preventing them from checking your low kick (if you're fast with it, of course)

Love targeting the outter thigh and even back of the leg which is typically much less conditioned. We do something similar at our gym but step the right leg out to the side off the end of a combo to create the angle which avoids your legs being crossed over. You can even spring your leg off with the momentum like a switch kick for added power. I can see the benefit of this being a bit quicker and less telegraphed though and will try mixing it in!

Party yes. You increase the chance of hitting around the shield and to damage the tendons and muscels behind the shin. That part is completly correct. But your leg is way past your hip in the moment of impact and you loose some power in comparison of stepping outside. But working with different angles is always good. I would also mix switch kicks from left and right with some fakes and also to the standing leg. To have a big variety is harder for the opponent to read you. But that might be a whole other topic for advanced.

@@5daysastrangerif you do not step your right foot first and cross your left foot, you opponent will do, curving to his right using a right-left step and you end up giving your back to your opponent. Now you need a more than 180° pivot to your round kick to hit him. As you adjust, your opponent is free to bit your left side, left face and left calves.

Hello I am 13 and I was wondering if anyone here has some tips to get better at muay thai. I have to train myself, my family doesn't want to help me out, it'll be a long while before I'll be able to afford a bag, and because I have to train by myself have no idea if my technique is any good. So again if anyone has any tips any at all it would be much appreciated.

With this technique will get the opponent in the calf instead of the shin bone, The question is how many times will he get kicked like that?

Isn't there a possibility that the opponent gets you with the knees crossed? Meaning for MMA, he can dive easily if you don't switch quickly...

Well obviously you’ll throw it quicker than he demonstrated. I mean they can also dive and catch you if you take a cheat step too
