Just the best, a true treasure!
He’s right about the sharp knife. It does make a difference, as not only do i no longer cry while chopping onions, I haven’t cut myself either. Dull knives slip on the onion’s surface and that’s where one can cut themselves.
It never fails to amaze me whenever I watch Chef Pépin in action and I always learn from him! I can’t wait to see more videos, thank you so much for showing these videos 😃
